Rhino has always been one of the very few places in Bristol I trust to work on my truck. They've done everything from an oil change that saved me a few bucks, to suspension work that another shop screwed up terribly bad. They always give you a very fair price with quality work. Every employee I've interacted with has made me feel very comfortable with any questions. For suspension work, their mechanic was nice enough to come out and talk to me about parts and options on a day that I could see they were super busy. Highly recommend trying them before anywhere else and don't be timid to ask questions, they're very helpful.

The bed liner looks good. However, the tailgate I’m very disappointed. Rough edges and covered my tailgate cover with rhino line. The line is not straight and extremely frustrating being that’s the first thing you see when the tailgate is down. With a $100,000 truck I would think the attention to detail would be looked at more. Super friendly and helpful staff. Just not happy with the finish work

My tonneau cover became detached and a technician fixed the issue at no charge in ten minutes. They warrantee products you purchase from them & I couldn’t be happier.

They did a most outstanding job with my truck, sprayed my bed liner and air bags on the suspension system and added bed lights for more lighting at night to help with hooking up the 5th wheel camper at night

I purchased an Access tonneau cover on line not knowing Rhino of Bristol Va was so close by. When a friend tried to help put it on we didn’t quite do it right. I went to Rhino and he adjusted it for me. Had I known I would have gone there first as I always like to support local businesses first. I now know where to go for all the great goodie’s for my new toy

Absolutely thrilled with the work they did. Honest, reasonable and fast. Prior "auto shop" said the rear struts I bought were wrong, and overcharged me for the work they did do. Rhino Linings used the same "wrong" parts and installed them in no time and charged me way less... They have earned my business, will definitely be back

Great service and prices! We've brought all of our trucks here for step rails and bed covers, and they always treat us well. We've only had one small issue with how an item arrived in-box, and the manager quickly addressed the issue. Definitely coming back here for any future service!

Just want to say how awesome the guys are at Rhino Liner of Bristol. I had an issues with a headlight bulb that I couldn’t get taken care of until I stopped here. I walked in and within 2 minutes, Rick had me on my way with both headlights in working order.

The team at Rhino Linings of Bristol worked on our 2022 Jeep Wrangler, tires, lift kit, bumpers, step rails. Jeep looks fantastic. These guys are pros and really know what they are doing.

I came to them with a special project vehicle. Everyone I dealt with was amazing. They sprayed liner on the entire cab of the truck. The result far exceeded my expectations. All work done, which included some mechanical work, addition of accessories, tires and wheels and window tint, was fantastic. My Father got his windows tinted there in January. They did an excellent job on the tint, but our truck smelled of smoke for days after the service and we even found ash in our vehicle. We contacted the store and never received word back from the manager. If you pay over 2K for a service you expect your property to be treated with more respect. We will not be using them again.

This place is amazing they made my truck look incredible. They installed window tint and a Rhino Liner Hard line. I had not had window tint in years and made a mistake in how the strip above the windshield was placed. They redone the strip no questions asked. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they carry. I will be visiting them again for a few more things for my truck.

Second time having a grille guard put on one of my vehicles. They didn’t disappoint. Very pleased. Very friendly staff and finished in a very timely manner.

I wanted my Jeep Rhino lined in green, and this is the only place within 5 hours of me that would do color on an entire vehicle, and they still beat out the prices of the places that only do black Rhino liner. They finished ahead of schedule, and they have excellent customer service. Even their bathroom was spotless. I live 4 hours away and when I get my Jeep lifted, I'm coming back.

Purchased Air lift bags for my truck. They did a great job installing them . The sales people are really great and they take time to help you get what your looking for.

I really appreciate those who stayed until 9pm to finish up my beautiful Trail FX hard bed cover for my F250. It means a lot that they went to so much effort to get me finished before I needed it to go on vacation. Update: Over a year after buying my A.R.E. LSII Tonneau bed cover I started having an issue with it latching correctly. I stopped by and told Rick what my issue was and he said let’s go look at it. He saw what I was talking about and jumped up into the bed and found that a couple of brackets had come loose and shifted positions. He grabbed some tools and realigned the offending brackets and then checked all the other brackets and screws. Rick told me that normal usage can cause this issue and I should check the brackets at least once a year.
I expected to pay something for labor but Rick wouldn’t let me. That, in my book, is great customer service! Thank you Rick and Rhino Liner of Bristol.

I shopped Rhino Linings of Bristol’s showroom for a bed cover for my 2020 Nissan Titan. Valerie helped me with my questions and I decided on the A.R.E. LSII Series Tonneau Cover. There were some factory delays due to the pandemic but once it arrived getting on their schedule was hassle free. The installation went smoothly and the factory color match was perfect. Rick covered what options were available with the lighting, locks, and remote interface. They even ensured that I had all the paperwork I needed for the rebate! This is my first stop for any additional truck accessories I might need in the future.

I am from Chicago on vacation and have a bit of spare time on my hands. I bought a new Ford 2020 Exhibition Max a week before I came to Bristol for family vacation! I called Rhino linings of Bristol and asked for accessories for my new truck, they said I could come by to look to see what I wanted or go to web site! I like to see product in person! So I went to their store to check out products on Tuesday and selected product with Amanda DeHart, she advised me “their schedule was full, but since I was from out of town leaving on Thursday, that she would fit me in on Wednesday” I got amazing service! All questions answered in a very professional manner and awesome pricing! I would recommend everyone to this store for Service parts, product and great prices ! Thanks for your. Great service! I have bought quite a few items from Rick and his Team. All are super nice and knowlegable. Bought an Anderson ultimate 5th wheel hitch. Had a small problem with it and Rick (Mgr) instantly(30 Min. Prior to closing) fixed the issue. Would definitely trust them and purchase from them.

Huge truck accessories dealer. Everyone seems to be very nice. I had a BedRug installed and had a problem with the tailgate portion coming loose. It took about 10 days to get in, but they made repairs and had me on my way.

This is my go-to store for Truck Equipment up in Virginia. The staff is very friendly and has helped me out with equipment that I needed to replace immediately in a time crunch. I would highly recommend this store. They did me right.
