The staff at the Euclid location are so nice and helpful. The new store is easy to shop in and is really nice. I love getting all the grilling spices, seasonings and rubs. Erica is always so kind and helps so much when my wife and I shop there.

The associates were all welcoming & I was greeted by all 3 & offered help also. If you haven't been,you should stop by, I think you'll be surprised by it as much as I was.

This hardware store has most everything that you could need in hardware and outdoor supplies. I was shocked by the awesome variety. This will be my go-to store for several items.

The store as well laid out and they have The best selection and prices on soil media I have seen from here to Abingdon and they also carry higher quality harder to acquire brands like pro mix. All that aside, I strictly come here because the manager is one of the best managers I have ever met. He knows the customers by name always greets you with a smile and goes way above and beyond to help customers and will even try to order specific things based on clients needs I can’t say enough about this Ace Hardware. They need to be nominated for an award.

Store associates went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and were very friendly. I highly recommend this store to anyone. Thank you to Curts Ace Hardware in Bristol Virginia for the excellent service. I will be back very soon.

Ace is a little more expensive, but right around the corner. I got a key made in under 5 minutes flat, and the guys were really polite, fun and informative. LT, the cashier, was very helpful and friendly. He let me know they will be moving across the street and expanding the store, including a garden center. I look forward to visiting the new, improved store!

Rich greeted me at the entrance of the store and guided me to the plumbing aisle. Together, we determined the possible solution to my plumbing needs.

This place does not price match even though the website says they do. They also don’t honor online prices . They will tell you participating stores is who honors what is said on the website, but that’s only after you have gotten to their store . This place won’t be open long.the stock that they have on the shelves say a lot. No one wants to pay their prices, not when rural king, Lowe’s and Home Depot have the same stuff for much cheaper.

Nice place, came in to buy a chainsaw and they registered everything and took care of all the paperwork. Plus I got a free hat.

Went in to get a new Car key, the employee I talked too was super helpful and very accommodating to my needs. He went above and beyond in everything!!

Wanted to buy a fire pit but the only available one was display. As the fire pit was sitting outside in the weather I asked if it could be discounted. The associate contacted the manager to ask, but after a 15 minute wait we still had no answer. Manager came out to the floor but did not speak or acknowledge us as customers in any way. We left with no answer and no fire pit.

Unbelievable customer service. I am a small business owner and frequent this Ace several times on a weekly basis. Always greeted kindly and asked if I need any assistance. And when I do, above and beyond is an understatement. RJK Hess LLC

Helpful hardware folks indeed!! Matthew, Dawn and Nathan greeted us, inquired about our need and went above and beyond with their customer service. We were so impressed!! You don't get this kind of service at Lowe's or Home Depot, that's for sure! We'll gladly be coming back to shop here.

These folks are really helpful and these blowmold snowman are almost $200 online… I only paid 50 bucks for this vintage remake at Ace.

Exceptional bunch of employees at this hardware store. Got my van keys and out the door in minutes. Even tested the keys to make sure they worked.
When in the area, will visit again if needed!

Went to Ace Hardware to buy a wheelbarrow. We purchased the plastic one. I figured it wouldn't rust like the metal one. That was a big mistake. It is very flimsy. It is not made to use with a load. It might haul a load of feathers, not a load of dirt and rock. Don't waste your money like I did. I looked around while they were pumping the tire up on my wheelbarrow. Curt's Ace Hardware prices are high. Go to Lowe's or Home Depot. You will save alot of money.

I can’t thank the staff enough for helping with jars to make applebutter at our church. They helped us locate 200 cases. Had to ready to load and were so nice. Thank you again

They are very nice and knowledgeable. Friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. They have a great variety of products and it's so nice to have a place like this so close.

I was really excited to hear that Mr. Steve Smith had taken the Ace Hardware Franchise over. Upon arrival at the bristol store was greeted and the associate immediately tried to help. Online the glue[s] and adhesives I specifically needed were listed but NOT physically stocked in the store. When told they could be ordered the size of the 4oz was exorbitantly high and size that I need of 16 Oz was NOT avaliable. The price quoted for the 2 4 Ounxe bottles was the price range that the 16 0z should have been sold for. Very disappointing Mr. Smith you can do better than this If not perhaps the hardware business isn't for you

The Associates are both friendly and knowledgeable had everything I needed quick and painless.. I will go back for my next project needs....

This store surprised me, from the outside it looks kinda small. They have a big selection and carry most anything you may need!
