I can’t comment on the quality of his work but his customer service is lacking. I was able to get a quick response with the initial quote and selecting shingles. But since then the communications have been sporadic to non existent. He won’t answer or return calls. After several attempts to connect I received a text they would start the next week but they never showed or called to give a an update. Very unprofessional. Based on this experience I would not recommend.
These guys are very good at what they do. If you're looking for someone to do the job right and on time, Leon Easler is the man.
I did not know Leon Easler until I had him replace several roofs at my home. He has a good knowledge of his products, and that helped us to make the right decision as to what would look best and be best for our house and several outbuildings. A new roof is something you will live with for a while, so you want it to be done right. Leon and his crew helped us to do just that.
Once I picked out the style and color of the shingles, he gave me an estimate that was $2000.00 dollars below another roofer that works this area. I live in Clinton, and he was very familiar with how most of these houses were built, in fact, he had re-roofed several houses in the area and up our street. I drove around the neighborhood and was able to spot the roofs that he did, you see, he knows how to weave the shingles in the valleys and that looks so much better than a chalk line straight cut. They also fixed a spot where the roof had lifted on one of the outbuildings, and replaced a good bit of roof board where it was needed. The whole crew worked hard, and through some of the coldest weather we had. Leon came by quite often to be sure things were going as they should. He and his crew gave me 4 beautiful matching roofs, that I know will add value to our home, should we ever sell. The best praise I can give him is this, if I ever have roof damage again, Leon Easler would be the first one I would call. Thanks for what you did for us. It was done right, and It’s just beautiful.
