Hired Clear View to replace my roof, skylights and gutters. They did an excellent professional job. Would highly recommend them.

The team from Clear View Exteriors did an amazing job on my roof and shed. They were in and out in one day, prepping the area, ensuring to cover and protect my flora and other items along the perimeter. They thoroughly cleaned up any debris and left the area clean and tidy. Prior to the job Esteban (Sales Rep) walked me through the job details - from staging supplies to clean-up. Explaining some pros/cons of the two roof vent options I had and of the shingles. Additionally, the owner despite an already heavy schedule kindly squeezed in my roofing job when I let him know I was leaving town for a couple of months and wondered if the job would be completed before I left. I recommend two friends in need of new roofs to Clear View Exteriors and will continue to recommend them in the future. Thanks for the awesome job CVE team!

From estimate to completion Clear View Exteriors, LLC provided excellent service. They were timely with all appointments. The estimate was precise and the job came in exactly at the estimated cost. The roofers were considerate and professional. The administrative staff was vert helpful with questions and managing the project. I highly recommend this company and I'm extremely satisfied with the job.

LEGIT COMPANY! Thankfully, we obtained a quote from this GREAT company, & several other options last winter/spring. They were VERY reasonably priced compared to the rest. Another company quoted us $40k more! They were referred to us by dear friends. We held off until this year. We expected significant increase & added additional solar tube install. Scott (owner) originally estimated for our 3000+ foot roof a 3 day project. On the day of arrival this week, his crew of 15 showed up @ 7:30 am & immediately "got busy". They FINISHED ENTIRE project from tear off to complete replacement in just over 10 hours! These guys worked HARD & NON STOP (except for 2 hour lunch break due to material delivery). I have seldom (if ever) seen a crew this size "attack" a project with such experience, determination, & professionalism! No cussing OR bickering about "who's supposed to do what", they worked as a VERY "well oiled" machine! EXPERTLY WELL RUN OUTFIT! We will refer them at EVERY opportunity to family & friends! Such a delightfully unexpected surprise from the HORROR stories we hear! If we could give them 50 Stars, we would! Thanks Scott & crew, FOREVER DEEPLY GRATEFUL! :)

The entire team at Clear View Exteriors were professional and honest. I enjoyed my interaction with Scott, Barb and Estaban as they facilitated the replacement of roofing on four of my buildings. The team removed all debris at the completion of work. I will not hesitate to use them again ...... if needed.

Very accommodating. Designed a roofing solution to stop water problems between my home and a pavilion built over our deck. Has completely solved the problem. Also helped to solve a draft problem in our living room with can lights under the eaves. This on top of installing our new roof cleanly and professionally at a reasonable cost.

Clearview does a great job. They are very fair and professional. They won’t be the least expensive, but it’s a fair price for great work. They keep a clean work site and protect plants and trees. I asked them out for an estimate about 10 years ago and the owner told me I didn’t need a new roof for another 10 years. Wow! I called them back after 9 years. Honest and fair. I highly recommend them.

We were very pleased with the roof project Clear View completed for us. We needed a new roof for our rental property and they were quick, efficient and the price was excellent. The site was left very clean and done in one day. A job well done.

We had our roof replaced today by ClearView and were so happy with everything! Our last house we owned, we put in a new roof before we sold it and used a different business. We didn’t have a great experience with that business and had them come out multiple times to pick up. We were a bit nervous due to this, but ClearView was great! Everyone was professional and very friendly. Communication and scheduling was great and clear. They put us on the schedule quickly and got our whole roof done in a matter of hours. What surprised us the most was how thorough they were to make sure everything was cleaned. They put heavy duty tarps around the house which I loved. Hard and determined workers that worked through the rain and got it done so quickly. We came home after they were done and could not tell our roof was just replaced because everything was clean and picked up. The roof is beautiful and we don’t have to worry about our kids or dogs stepping on nails playing outside. Highly recommend them :)

Guy that gave a quote was friendly,professional, and honest the bid wasn't the cheapest that we have got but it's because of their use of high quality materials.

They did a amazing job putting on our new roof, very efficient, left everything clean, hauled away all the debris and the team was all very experienced. These guys are great. We had a leak in our roof in the winter, and they were very responsive and took care of it right away. We knew we would need a full roof replacement this year, and they had by far the best quote. Based off of our experience with them, and the feedback from others here in DuPont, it was a no brainer to go with them. Scott and his team are straightforward, not pushy, no gimmicks like some of the others we talked to. Very happy with my new roof! Scott, Barb and Esteban were great to work with! They put a new roof on my parents, sisters and now my home. Great quality shingles and workmanship. They put in new vents, a skylight, and cut the old dovetails that were weathers and starting to rot. They put on quality underlayment and metal trim over the fascia boards. I had the pleasure of hiring Clear View Exteriors to complete my roofing project for my home. Scott the owner was very helpful in selecting the correct product and giving me a reasonable project cost. Employees and staff of Clear View are very professional, polite, friendly and hard workers. Workmanship is fantastic. They were very careful about shingle and nail debris falling onto my deck and landscape around my home. They placed tarps around the landscaped area and deck to catch debris and then followed up with magnetic tool to pick up any loose roofing nails. My landscape and deck looked magnificent when the project was complete. I would highly recommend Clear View Exteriors. They took before and after pictures and gave them to me.

Recently we contracted Clear View Exteriors to replace the roof on our home. WE decided on CVE after 3 interviews with quotes. WE are glad we hired them to do the work. The old roofs (2) were removed and confiscated (properly), roof re-decked, new flashing, new vapor barrier, new vent collars. The work area completely cleaned. The workers were Very professional, organized, polite, helpful and pleasant. I have to say that even going through the quote process with Esteban was educational. He worked with us to get us what we wanted. From the owner to the office people to the work crew everything went as planned and promised. P.S. I spent 30 years in construction Quality Control and Assurance, so I'm pretty sure I know what I'm looking at.

From the start when Esteban came out to do the inspection and estimate until the finished job, we couldn’t have asked for a better company to deal with! They kept us informed and did way more than we expected! Will definitely recommend them anytime!

The team at Clear View are top notch. Of multiple roofing contractors, they were the only ones to actually get on the roof before offering a very competitive bid. Through the whole re-roofing project the owner sent me pictures and updates, and was helpful with any questions I had. The kind of work that, unfortunately, you don’t always get today is the excellent kind of work Scott and his team provide.

The owner bid my roof without seeing the other 3 quotes I had and beat all of the prices. All work was done very timely and professionally. No debris left behind. I also trusted the owner with a large partial payment in cash, he appropriately reported it as such and I financed the remainder. No funny business or scams here. I recommend clear view to all people looking for roofing work. At the very least get a quote, it's free and doesn't hurt. The owner will recommend you get 3 more just so you see how great their price is.

The roof replacement was very quick and easy. Scott was quick to call or text me any time i had a question. The installers did a great job getting the work done and cleaning up afterward.

Our experience with Clear View exteriors was a very positive one! Everyone from the owner, office staff, and roofing crew were all very professional. I was told what day, time of arrival, and when the work was expected to be completed, and it was exactly as I was told. We had a roof and some boards replaced, New Year’s Eve day. The clean up was also phenomenal. I have not found one piece of the replacement left behind. Our roof was completed in one day. My neighbor had went through a different company, and was charged $5,000 more than we paid, his house is slightly smaller and they didn’t need to replace any boards. We have not had any leaks… it is now June. Very satisfied customers and would highly recommend Clear View Exteriors!

These guys aren't playing around. They're pros and will get you squared away. I recently bought an old building with a tired beat up roof. They installed a beautiful new roof and upgraded the venting in a day. I got a couple of quotes before I decided on these guys. What sold me on them was when they came out to do the quote it was clear they weren't looking at this job short term bare minimum just to get the check and move on like the other guys. I got the basic quote plus some great ideas to improve the roof like chimney removal, better venting, ect. They aren't only interested in doing the work, but want to do the work right.

We loved our experience with Clear View Exteriors! The owner, Scott, gave us a fair bid, not trying to upsell anything and even told us not to worry about work that other companies deemed “necessary”. He communicated well with us, letting us know when things were changing and when to expect crews at our home. We had three separate crews working on our house, between the roof and both gutter tear down & installation. All were professional and did quick, excellent work. We highly recommend and would use them again in a heartbeat!

We had Scott Janson, owner of Clear View Exteriors LLC over to our residence to give us an estimate on replacing our 24 yr old roof. Scott was very professional and gave all up front prices / quotes. His company was well below in estimates from other companies bids. I selected his bid and he immediately scheduled my roof replacement. His crew arrived at 7:30 AM on the scheduled day and began working immediately. They were one of the hardest working group of guys I have seen in a long time. Even with their lunch break they completed my roof by 1:15 PM. They cleaned up all roofing materials (including nails) prior to departing. I highly recommend Clear View for their quality work and reasonable pricing.

We had a few roof estimates and all of them were trying to overcharge, take advantage of us and include things we didn’t need. Clear View is definitely a company we will use again if/when needed.

Scott and his crew are wonderful! They have put on two roofs for two of my clients, and were proffessional, affordable and fast. When I had a leaky roof, I called them for help, and they squeezed in an evaluation before an incoming storm. Scott then tarped the roof to give us relief through the storm, without compensation, and even though he didn't know if we would commit to a new roof or not. It was such a blessing as we then got a huge dump of snow! We did need a new roof and he put us on the schedule. They communicated when they would be there, they followed through on timing, they replaced the roof and the damaged sheeting swiftly and skillfully, created venting to solve the issue and they followed up with the correct inspections needed from L&I. When I stoped by while they were removing and repairing Scott's superviser (or head guy on site) came off the roof and explained to me clearly the damage they found, the work they were doing and showed me photos for clarity. I have worked with numerous contractors over the years, and I highly recommend Clear View for any roofing issues you might have!!

Great experience!! Highly recommend Clear view exteriors. Great customer service from both Scott and Barb. Scott was very prompt and professional. Roof looks GREAT and held up wonderfully during our last Wind storm. Additionally, 2/3 years ago when all I needed was a patch Clear View Exteriors was the only Roofer that would do it. All others only wanted to charge me for a whole new Roof.

Clear View Exteriors LLC went above and beyond our expectations. The crew was very exceptional in their prep work, laying tarps all around the perimeter of home prior to removing old roofing. They replaced many sheets of bad plywood, installed roofing shingles and a new attic fan for proper ventilation. This was done in one day by very professional crew!

Clear View honored their quote and my roof was put on one afternoon. I also had a window replaced at every reasonable cost and they will honor their quotes for a very long time. I am a very happy and loyal customer of clear View.

I had windstorm damage to my roof, and contacted Clear View Exteriors for an estimate. Scott showed up on time and did an onsite estimate to repair/replace the missing shingles. At my request we also discussed the need to replace the entire roof. Unlike the other contractors, Scott said that there were several years of life left in my roof. The others reccomended replacement now.
Thank you Scott for the fair and honest estimate and reccomendation. A couple days later his guys came out and did the repair and left a clean jobsite. I would happily refer a friend or neighbor to Scott and his team.

We had some roof leakage from the way our roof was put on 8 yrs ago and when I called Clearview, Barbra squeezed us in scotts busy schedule pretty fast to have him look at it. Once we got the water damage taken care of in the attic, Scott got us on the schedule a lot faster then I thought it was going to be and got us our new roof installed. The workers were amazing! With how many nails were on our old roof, I was amazed how clean they left it when they were done! It was like they were never there! For a large job, the crew had it done in one day. Barbra was so helpful in the office , since this was an unexpected expense, she helped us get it financed by sending us the application to fill out, I emailed it back to her and she took care of the rest! This company is truly amazing and we couldn’t be more happier of their work! Thank you Scott and Barbra for the wonderful experience we had with your roofing company!

Scott and his team installed a new roof on our main house and detached garage. They also replaced all of our gutters and installed a new skylight. I emphatically recommend this company for their exceptional value, customer outreach, and professional work. My wife and I are delighted with the outcome!

We were looking for a full roof replacement and asked 4 contractors for estimates.other than a very high one, they were all pretty equal in price and scope. We were most impressed with Scott of Clearview Exteriors because 1. he was professional, knowledgeable and 2. very honest, advising us that we didn't necessarily need a full replacement at this time, some repairs would be okay for now. That's what sold us; we elected to have a full roof replacement anyway, but appreciated that Scott wasn't trying to push for a new roof. We expected a longer lead time due to fall weather, but within 2 weeks Scott, Tyler and the crew showed up. They started in the morning and finished almost the whole roof that same day (including removal of the old roof). The only work left for the next morning were 2 small areas, which they quickly finished. At the start of the job they had covered all areas around our house with large tarps that caught all the smaller debris and at the end of the job they left all areas in pristine condition. We can not emphasize enough how professional, courteous and fast the crew was. It actually made the "dreaded" roof replacement "enjoyable" for us homeowners. Oh, and not to forget Barb, who holds down the office and was a pleasure to work with. We are attaching a few pictures for reference. The color we picked is "Driftshake". It has shades of greys and browns and looks beautiful, changing depending on light conditions. Our sincere thanks and appreciation to Scott and Clearview Exteriors LLC. I asked for an estimate to replace my well house roof and if they could repaired metal roofing on house. The morning they where supposed to show up they sent my an email to say they didn't do repairs. No phone call as I had requested if the visit were to change. I then replied to the email to let the know this was a roof replacement not a repair but they said they were too busy. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because they did recommend another roofing company.

Getting a quote for a roof is quite the experience. It's hard to know what to believe when the quotes come in. I was lucky to find Clear View and felt confidenent in information they gave me. Clear View installed solar tubes in my home and I love the natural light it gives me., When a new roof is needed I know who I will call.

Our roofing experience was amazing, not only by the skills, knowledge, safety, cleanliness during and after, awareness and genuine care that the Clear View Roofing crew exhibited was again simply amazing and did I mention the QUALITY of products and workmanship! Yes, I will call them again whenever needed in 15-20 years and refer Clear View to all that I know. Thank you Scott Barbara, Jose and Crew!

Scott & Co did an excellent job replacing 25 year-old roof. Living miles away in Chicago, having Scott sending me before and after pictures of the great job he did was priceless. His bid was right on target, being lowest of the three bids we got even using superior material. It was an excellent experience all around—Just can’t say enough nice things about this company.

The Owner Scott is awesome. He did the quote and after that sat down with me and talked about what he found that needs possible replacing and had pictures from other jobs. Very professional and did a great job on my roof. I would recommend Clear view to everyone.

Update: I had a vent that needed to be replaced and Scott sent out a person the next morning. They did and excellent job and didn't charge me a cent for the service.
