I have now used Ed's for both home and our commercial building, he has done a great job on both.

Ed was a true professional and provided great service for us when our HVAC system went down. He made time to diagnose the issue despite the odd hours and even though the part took a few weeks to arrive, he communicated clearly what the status was. As soon as the part arrived, he squeezed us into his busy schedule to install it ASAP.

Ed has helped us twice now, once to inspect our system and the other to service and do some repairs. Both times he showed up on time and was a wealth of knowledge. Really appreciate his honest attitude and good work. Thanks Ed!

i had Eds come out to my house to check out why my hvac wasnt blowing hot or cold air since i called another company and they said they had to order parts before they could do anything. well after waiting 3 weeks with too many calls to that other company i got ahold of Eds. he was out the next day ( this Morning ) and got me up and running after finding problems with a couple wires. i own my own business to which i have service techs as well and i really appreciate honest service techs not wanting to go after the big kill just to make money. Eds has my business and word of mouth .

Quick, efficient, and timely service! We called early and Ed came shortly after and had our issue addressed on the spot. Very transparent!

Would recommend, 10/10. We’ve had Ed’s service our system twice now. The first our ac died in the middle of a heat wave. The second one our heat stopped working after coming home from vacation and he spent weekends and after hours getting our system right. He’s always been kind and felt worried for us when our systems didn’t work in the heat and cold.

Ed is a guy who knows what he’s talking about and really takes the time to tell you what’s wrong. He came out once before to help out and did an awesome job then too. I’ve got an old heater from 1977 original to the house and within 20 minutes of both visits he figured the problem and fixed it. He’s got a packed schedule for a reason and he’s military friendly. I can’t say enough about this guy and the help he’s given me and my family!

I would rate him zero if I could….because that is what I got….zero service. I called and spoke with Ed on 9/19/24 about coming to take a look at my furnace. He said he would call back to schedule. No return call. So 9/23/24 I called again, only able to leave a voicemail. Still no return call. My dad had recommend him and said he would give Ed a call to see if he could get a hold of him. My dad speaks with Ed who says he will call us. My dad even provided him my contact information, just in case he had misplaced it. Yet again, no return call. He was out at my dad’s house on 10/8/24 and again Ed says he will give us a call to schedule. Well it’s nearly Friday and I’m done. It’s so frustrating to want to support this business, especially since he came recommended. Well at this point he’s lost my business due to his own fault and my dad’s business due to his being disappointed he recommended him. Just terrible customer service & plain rude to leave someone hanging on several occasions.

I couldn't recommend this company enough! Had Ed out today to install a heat pump that we had purchased based on someone else's information. Ed came out and got right to work. Never once tried to upsell or anything. He was very honest prior to any work starting that there could be issues that come up. He explained all things thoroughly and in terms a customer could understand. ED's heating and cooling will now be my go-to for anything heating and cooling related. Ed asked a few questions over the phone to understand our issue. He came to our house 30 minutes later and was professional and friendly. He walked me through his process and explained all the steps he was taking to diagnose the issue. His explanations were easy to understand, and it was easier to see the issue.
