I called as I thought my dryer plug was bad - they called back within a half hour, made the appointment, and showed right on time! Within 5 mins he figured out it wasn't my plug but the new dryer. He fixed it up and showed me everything he did. I liked that he showed me everything and explained it to me. He was professional and polite. I highly recommend and will be using him again!

Empowered Electric was great to work with from start to finish. They were timely, professional, and the final product looked amazing (even the inspector commented on the quality presentation). The main selling point for me was the small family business, known for quality work. I had a couple other electricians question my need for a 60A breaker whereas Manny said I would need 60A for what I wanted to accomplish with my EV charger. Also, I had to reschedule last minute due to a delay in my hot tub delivery, and Manny had me rescheduled to coincide with the new delivery date. Finally, I paid what I was quoted; there were no hidden fees, drive time, etc. I highly recommend Empowered Electric for all your electrical needs.

The EE team was very responsive, efficient and reliable. They added electrical service to our shop, coordinating all the conduit work, wiring, lighting and inspections. They have excellent input on the type and numbers of lights, outlets and even security measures. They were also flexible in allowing us to manage multiple contractors on site and helped to efficiently coordinate the work flows.

I had called Empowered Electric because a storm knocked my trees onto our line and pulled amd cracked our power pole with the meters on it. In just 3 days they had a digging crew (thanks Kory & crew!) that also came with and installed a new power pole. They also installed my two new meter boxes and rewired everything the same day! Nothing but good things to say about the owner Manny and his worker with him Grayson. All 4 of them were great guys and even better professionals!

Amazing service! They showed up within 20 minutes, did the work perfectly and were on their way. They had their footies on and were fast and clean!! I would recommend Empowered Electric again and again! Thank you!!

I rarely write reviews, but feel pressed to mention the exceptional experience we had with Manny's recent service call to our home. Due to some faulty wiring in our circuit box and another area in our home, we were without lights, heat, water, landline, etc. Manny came out the next day (on a weekend, nonetheless....) and repaired the major issue, as well as several minor ones needing immediate attention. We found him to be honest, reliable, VERY knowledgeable and efficient, as well as patiently taking the time to answer questions of his customers. We had a potential fire risk brewing that we were unaware of and he patiently explained this in laymen's terms to those of us with limited electrical knowledge. A heckuva nice and personable fellow, Manny is VERY SKILLED at his profession and will always be the only one I call when/if any future electrical issues arise. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend him for any electrical issues, especially in the Yelm area, as we are fortunate enough to have him living here in our town. Out of five stars, this guy is definitely a 10 and beyond!!!

Excellent work, very friendly, knows what he's doing. I've a very old connection for power to my roof that causes a leak everything a heavy wind pulled the power line. I've been looking for years at how to fix it. Manny suggested overhead to underground conversation and found a way that not only upgraded the electrical for my house and shop, but to do for a more reasonable cost than putting up a pole next to the house. Now I have power and one less meter.

Empowered Electric installed 50 amp generator hook up. Fast scheduling, less than a week from initial phone call to work being done and it would have been faster if we didn’t have wait for delivery of part. We recently were house & babysitting in Yelm, Washington when we ran into some electrical problems with a malfunctioning LED fixture and outlet. This guy was terrific! I had replaced the air exchanger (furnace) in my house but was unsure of how to properly hook it up. He was at my place less than half an hour after I had called him and had it up and running in no time! Easy on the pocket book as well. Very good experience!

Manny did an exceptional job inspecting my breaker and he also fixed multiple light switches that were creating problems for me. He rewired the switches for me and now my lights work great. He also did the electrical wiring for my furnace. I highly recommend him.

We were without power because of damage from a wind storm. We called Empowered Electric in the morning and they came out that same afternoon. They did the repairs quickly and it is better than before the damage. PSE was able to get us hooked back up within a few hours thanks to the work done. The cost was fair and very reasonable. My experience was terrific. Manny juggled his schedule so he could check out my problem which could have caused a fire. He found the problem right away and made the repairs. He saved my life. He was very fair in pricing and the service was great. He explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend him and call on him again for any electrical problem I have. I would highly recommend Manny. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He installed our ceiling fans that involved a bit of troubleshooting but they worked out perfectly and are beautiful. The electrical assessment, interventions, shared knowledge given by Manny to my family and myself was/is that of confident professional. He knows and shows his worth. My wife and I are renovating her childhood home, everything was almost done except for an old panel I wanted replaced since it was not safe anymore. Called many electricians in the yelm area and ONE stood out way above the rest. Manny and his son came out promptly to give a quote and talk about the work. They also quoted receptacle replacement in the house. I was going to do that myself but more in that later.

Hired Empowered Electric to do the breaker replacement as well as adding an EV Charger and generator backup plug. They did all this in a day and it looks beautiful! He also added a whole house surge protector to protect things in hothe house from surges. Not only does it look great but it is safe.

I then realized it would take me weeks to do the recepticals in the house since we do not live in it and had many other projects. I called Manny and asked if that bid was still valid and if they could do it quickly. He was able to come back out in a couple days and replace all the plugs and switches in the house. Him and his son worked hard and did a fantastic job.

Their prices are great and they really know what they are doing. Now is a great time to replace your outdated and dangerous panel and there are tax incentives that help as well.

I know if anything electrical comes up this wonderful company who, is made up of father and son, will be out in no time to take care of it.

Manny from Empowered Electric was able to get out to my house the next day after I called when one of the circuits in our home stopped working. He quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem (a faulty outlet plug that had melted the wire and box it was in which could have started a fire) and repaired/replaced it. He also reconnected my driveway lamppost out front and replaced the bad photosensor on it. Even with all that, he was done in under two hours! I would definitely recommend him to others and hire him for other jobs in the future.

I would highly recommend calling Empowered Electric for any electric service needs. My family was amazed by their services. I called asking for help from many other technicians on a light fixture issue that was 18 feet high and none of them would come out to help. But when I called Empowered even with my high valuted ceilings they said they will figure something out and make it work. It just doesn't get any better than this. I call Empowered Electric late Friday afternoon and I expected to get an answering service, but no, not only do I get a human being, I get the owner of the company.

I explained what the problem was expecting to hear "we can make it out sometime next week", and once again I am completely shocked when Manny (the owner) says I can be there in 45 minutes to an hour. Manny showed up just like he said he would and completed the work the same day. (He told me he keeps a veritable Warehouse of parts and accessories in his truck so he doesn't have to order parts and he can can complete most of his customers jobs the same day)

Manny was very polite, extremely pleasant and went out of his way to explain to me the work that was done.
