I had 7 new windows installed in my basement in late December, 2022. When I went to inspect the finished work a few days later one window was broken and a window in another room was left wide open. Joints around the windows were not caulked. The house was freezing cold. Larry refused to accept responsibility for the broken window and stuck me with the cost to replace it. Filed suit in JP court and he didn't respond. Be very wary using this company. His main focus was on getting full early payment, not quality of work.
