Lucas was great at communicating throughtout the process and got the job done. He jumped in and answered questions incorporated with the insurance company to get the job done. Quite effortless and pain free from the consumer side. Would recommend!

I came across a random shout out to Justin and Chris on our local Facebook page. We had a leak that needed to be fixed and thought our entire roof would need to be replaced. I was very surprised that Justin was willing to come all the way out to Tooele County just to look at our roof when I found out they were located in Lehi.

They came out the next day, went above and beyond climbing into our attic, out on the roof, they even took an aerial with their drone to get a good look at everything with our multiple peaks and steep roof. Turns out our roof was in incredible shape and there was only a minor issue with the flashing in one spot.

They had the opportunity to upsell and over charge us. Instead, they were kind, reliable, and held themselves in complete integrity. Chris and Lucas ended up doing the final repair, flawlessly! Justin also stayed in contact throughout the entire (short-lived) process and Chris was always checking on our dog who was not feeling well the first time they came out.

If we ever have another roof issue or need I will only call Chinook! They get all the stars! 5 is not enough!

We were referred to Lucas by a mutual friend. From the first interaction, he made us feel like long time friends. We had 5 other companies bid our roof. Not only was he the only one to actually get on the roof, instead of using a drone, he was the only one to suggest submitting an insurance claim because it was wind damage. He worked with our adjuster for 3 months and sent multiple samples. When the insurance finally came through, he was able to get us on the schedule the next week. The installers only took 2 days to do a complete tear off. They were very nice and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave nails all over the yard. These guys are awesome! I have already recommended them to 3 neighbors and will continue every chance I get!!

Being your own contractor can be frustrating. All of the subcontractors are so busy right now, it is hard to schedule and complete the different steps of a construction project. Lucas made the roofing step easy and pleasant. They were on time, did a very good job and cleaned up afterwards not only their mess but garbage left by others. They also did this on a Saturday!!! We highly recommend this company to others.

Zac at Chinook did a fantastic job. He identified damage I didn't know was there, got up on a steep roof and documented more damage, and helped move the project through my insurance company. I couldn't have done it without them. Thanks Chinook!

This company did a good job installing our roof. They cleaned up after themselves and the workers were courteous. We did have a few hiccups with communication and ended up with the wrong color of drip edge and not knowing when they were coming which was a scheduling fiasco for us. However, they did come and replace it. They did want to make things right and the owner came to apologize afterwards, which was appreciated.

P.S. Chinook Custom Restoration told us that using our homeowners insurance for our wind damaged roof would not cause our rates to go up. However, our insurance company has dropped us and won’t renew our policy now. We are forced to pay over three times the amount we were paying before. Very disappointing.

We worked with Brandin Byers to get our wind damaged roof fully replaced. He made the entire process easy and smooth. In addition, the new roof is gorgeous and the crew that installed it were friendly and did a killer job of cleaning up afterwards.

I was surprised insurance would pay for damages Jason Schwendiman was easy to work with very professional. He quoted one day installation that it sounded good but I couldn’t figure out how to my surprise it was all done clean beautiful and just one day and that was taking off two roofs the workers were very fast and efficient. A plus on service. My house is now a show case on the street

These guys are awesome! A gentleman named Zach did all the up front work before installation. The crew that came out did a great job and did it in one day. Clean up was WAY better than expected. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a roof.

I am so thankful for Brandin getting my new roof put on. He was great to work with. I had scheduled to have solar panels put on my house and decided at last minute to install new roof first. Brandin stepped up and had the work complete within a week. He is a lifesaver.

I want to thank Lucas and Brandin for an outstanding job! Like others, I was surprised at our initial meeting, not realizing I could actually get something for all of the insurance premiums I have paid over the years. Being a veteran, working with a company owned by vets was a no-brainer.

Lucas and his team made everything so easy. After their inspection, the determined that my roof should be replaced. They worked seamlessly with the insurance company, showing them what they had found and getting their agreement on the total replacement. Lucas kept in regular communication with me at every step of the process.

When I first met them I was very suspicious of their ability to work with my insurance to get this covered. Having family in the military, I decided to give Justin, a military vet, a shot at my business.

My house, as many houses in Utah experience, had wind damage to my shingles. Although the roof was over 20 years old, they were able to arrange a full replacement with only cost of my deductible to me.

These guys made the process so simple. They apologized for the smallest delays, even though the weather was the issue, and were truly amazing.

Delfino, and his team that came to replace the roof, were also fantastic! They worked very quickly, kept my yard free of nails each time they left, and cleaned up after themselves! The work quality is amazing. Such hard workers! They even painted the pipes I had added for my water heater vent so that it looked nice!

I will recommend these guys to anyone I know that is thinking of replacing their roof. Such a great experience! I could not have asked for a better roofing company to work with!

I recently had my roof replaced by CCR. Great work, knowledgeable representatives, on time, and efficient! The work was completed in one day and the final cleanup was finished early the next day. And they provided drone photos of the completed job.

I was skeptical about answering my door when I first met Justin. And then I think I laughed at him when he told me that he would work with my insurance company to get my roof fixed and all I would have to pay would be my deductible. But guess what, he was able to pull it off. I had contacted my insurance company a few times and was always told that they would not cover the damages to my roof. I told Justin that if he couldn't get them to cover the cost, then the work wasn't going to get done. I was amazed at how he took right over and did everything he could to get them to work with us. I appreciated how he followed up with me during the process to make sure things were satisfactory and that I was a happy customer. He met all my expectations. My new roof looks nice. Big thanks to Justin for his hard work and following though with his word. I have recommended him to friends already and will continue to do so.

Noticed that we had quite a few shingles missing on our south facing slope. Contacted Chinook Custom Restorations to get a bid on replacing the roof. Justin came out the same day and was on our roof for about a half hour. When he got down, he showed me pictures that he took and I was informed the damage was a little more significant than I was aware of, and that the damage had been caused by a wind storm that had come through our area. Justin contacted our insurance company on our behalf and met with the claims adjuster so I didn’t miss work!
When our insurance company didn’t want to cover 2 slopes, Justin was able to provide information to them about the unavailability of a matching shingle so it was determined that they would cover all slopes!
Justin’s communication, being on time and there when he said he would be is something you just don’t see now days. Chinook Custom Restoration actually cares about there customer and treats them with the utmost respect and dignity. The new roof looks AMAZING and was finished on time, even with some weather delays!
