We had our roof redone a little over a month ago with Mountain Roofers. I was hesitant about hiring a company do to it. You hear so many horror stories from people who have had bad experiences with contractors. Austin Fowler was amazing to work with. It was a pleasure working with Mike Tolman from the moment he knocked on my door, all the way through the instillation of my new beautiful roof. I am usually very resistant to cold calls for sales and services at my front door, but Mike piqued my interest when he explained that he would work with my homeowner’s insurance to replace my 27-year-old roof. He was very involved in the whole process from meeting in person with the insurance adjuster to coordinating and overseeing the crew that installed my roof. Very fast , but the clean up was not 5 star. I found several nails in my driveway. Run a magnet several times, guys .

You are doing our neighborhood right now. We were the first 10 buildings before you stopped . I didn't hire you the HOA did. Just take the extra time to clean up. I'm sure you would do better if they were single homes rather than condos. I've heard other owners' complaints about it as well . I'm sure with less crews working, it will be easier to manage.

Austin has been amazing. After a severe wind store at our complex of 30 units and our personal home, he worked with Jay Webb and our insurance company to get full replacement. My personal home looks great and just in time for winter. My rentals will also be completed by winter. I highly recommend contacting Austin for any roof work.

Austin Fowler was our contact/sales representative and he did an excellent job; always keeping us informed, updated and answering any and all questions thoroughly and professionally. He was careful with our time and schedules and we felt absolutely secure every step of the way. I highly recommend mountain roofers for damage roofs due to high wind damage. They helped me with insurance claim and completed my roof in 1 day. Had plywood damage which was replaced and new shingles installed and vents that meet codes. Thank you Moui and the crew that completed the job. Very professional and I highly recommend this company. Brand new roof for $1,000 because this company works with insurance right off the bat! Unlike the biggest plumbing company here in Utah that tried to talk us out of going through insurance which would have been a financial nightmare! So we were very happy to hear Michael Tolman mention insurance right away, it was a breath of fresh air! He was easy to communicate with and his team worked fast and did a great job!

I thought this process was going to be a nightmare! But thanks to Austin it was a great experience, he was able to get my insurance to pay it all and took care of everything! Always answered all my questions and concerns quickly.

Recent windstorms in my are damaged my roof and Mike at Mountain Roofers helped us get a new roof through our insurance. Mike Toleman and his team were consummate professionals. Made the processes of getting the insurance claim rolling, and the roof replaced super easy. He even scheduled a time with my Solar Provider to have the panels removed and reinstalled. He was also patient as my insurance company slow rolled our claim check. It couldn't have be simpler for me. 10 outa 10.

Mountain Roofers just redid our roof (8/24), and did a terrific job. Michael Tolman came out to our home and reviewed the roof to evaluate potential for insurance to cover the cost, and helped us file a claim. After an insurance adjuster checked things out, we were approved and got our roof done for just the cost of our insurance deductible. They were quick to schedule, and got it done in a day. It looks great!

After being ghosted by another roofing company several years ago I was cautious when dealing with someone else, but Mountain Roofers came in and blew me away. Ryan Hall handled everything from the insurance to the clean up and all I had to do was pick a color. My job has long hours and working with Ryan was easy as he asked my scheduled and bent over backwards to accommodate. After this experience I honestly don't know if I could work with anyone else.

This was easy....
I worked directly with Caden for our roof replacement. Once we had all the details finalized, he had materials delivered and his crew to our home on the agreed upon date. they had our roof off and the new one on in less than 2 days.
When finished, the crew cleaned of the roof, replaced our internet satellite, cleaned around the yard and made sure all the nails were picked up.
I appreciate the attention to detail and the way they left our home when finishing the job.
The house is dry and we have a great looking roof!!!

I had wind damage to my roof from a storm earlier in the year and Michael Tolman from Mountain Roofers helped me with everything to get my roof replaced. He was super knowledgeable on what to do with my insurance company and kept me in the loop with everything they were doing and the time frame of everything. They were also super quick at getting the job done. I honestly thought it would take a couple of days to complete and they were done with the job in just one day. They were also amazing and cleaning up after the job and making sure the old nails were picked up. I highly recommend Michael and Mountain Roofers for any roofing repairs you may need.

We had Mountain Roofers recently replaced our roof after it was damaged during one of the recent wind storms we had at the beginning of the year.

While the owner was replacing my neighbor's roof, he noticed the damage to ours, and not only informed us of the damage, but worked with our insurance to repair the damage and get us a full replacement. In addition to working with our insurance, the company also upgraded the quality of shingles at no additional cost. Even though the insurance covered the replacement and all we had to pay was our deductible, I contacted six other roofing companies. None of them were able to beat the cost without even taking into account the upgraded shingles.

As for the quality of their work, it is second to none. They completed the installation in a day of the insurance approving the replacement. Their attention to detail was amazing, and they treated our home like theirs. Not only did they lay traps around the house to catch debris, after the roof was finished, they swept and used a leaf blower to clear loose rocks/gravel from the shingles. Then they took the time to go all around the house with a magnet to pick up any screws that weren't caught by the tarps.

This is a great company, and you couldn't pick a better one to replace or repair your roof.

We had a wind storm and had Mike Tolman from Mountain Roofers come and give us an inspection. He then worked with our insurance company to put in claim and did the whole process. I had a new roof 17 days after damage. Roofing team was great too, they replaced the entire roof in one day. After the crazy downslope winds we got in March 2024, we lost several shingles and needed a roof replacement. Michael Tolman came out right away to inspect our damage, worked with us and our insurance provider, and 17 days later from the initial inspection and wind storm we have a brand new roof.
