Horrible experience. Paid them up front for a new roof install in June, finally in September they came and tore the roof off after I asked them to start it or refund me. It was supposed to be a metal roof. But they told me there was a metal shortage after they tore the roof off. They left the roof mess in driveway for over two weeks nails and everything. I had to park on the street. Over two weeks went by and still no metal. So we went with shingles just to get it done. I couldn't have my house exposed to the elements like that. My car port was supposed to be included in the price for the roof. I asked when that would get done. He said when he's caught up and has time. Well it's the end of October and nothing. So I asked him to do it or refund me for the car port part. His response was oh I was doing the car port for free that wasn't in the bid..... I don't know any contractors who do jobs for free... An absolute horrible experience. Do not use them for anything old or new!!
