I wish I could give more than 5 stars because these guys are AMAZING.
Melvin saw my vision and even when I miscalculated my plywood, he went out and got the correct size THEN RETURNED THE ORIGINAL
I had 5 companies give me quotes for my 24X24 deck and they beat every quote except one but I chose Legado and I am so glad I did

Legado Construction installed our backyard fence (6ft white pvc privacy fence) and did some other smaller projects around the house. One of the things that I liked about Legado is that they included the removal of bushes and tree pruning in the services they provide. (Other companies wanted us to take out the bushes and prune thr trees ahead of time ourselves.) We are very happy with the work that was done. Would definitely use them again.

Legado Construction rreplaced a 30 foot length of the chain link fence enclosing my subdivision's detention pond. During the estimate the owner was exceptionally informative and helpful. I modified the work order twice, but this contractor quickly provided a revised estimate each time. I found Legado to be very cost competitive. The company's office was easy to contact at all hours, both by text and phone and Carlos was especially accomodating. Most highly recommended.

This was the absolute best experience! The attention to detail is incredible. I recently had my front and back decks replaced and a retainer wall built. Every aspect of the project was carefully planned to ensure my deck will last for years to come. The communication was fantastic, and I’m so glad I chose this company for my renovations. They even patched a hole in my ceiling, which was a huge surprise and a testament to their expertise. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch work. Melvin and his team are amazing.

Melvin and the crew were a pleasure to work with. The work they did demolishing the old and complete rebuild of our deck was beyond anything we imagined. Not only does it looks beautiful, but the finished product is more than we imagined.

You can not find better company than Legado. My tree has fallen down and it needed repair. As soon as I request online they replied instantly and came next day to see the site. Their price is so reasonable compared to other companies and their service was superior. Seriously, I highly recommend Legado for their instant service and great price and superior quality job they have done. You will have no regrets using this company. I called about having my deck demo'd along with some rotted wood that was under my back door. They came out quickly and did an awesome job. I would def use them for future projects. I need my house pressure washed. Lol

Excellent work! We commissioned Melvin and his team for a major project in our new home. It consisted of expanding our deck to 23' x 20', modernizing the rails to include metal balusters, new stairs to back yard and adding an A roof over the deck, tying to and matching the existing roof.

I connected with Legado Construction via Angi's List. My experience was highly impressive. My deck needed to be repaired and I wanted my enclosed patio room updated. Mike reached out and scheduled time to provide an estimate. From the very beginning, Mike was personable and extremely easy to work with. He took my vision and delivered on it with excellence. During the deck repair, the team realized that the deck "repair" really needed to be a complete deck "replacement". Mike called me to share the news - my deck boards were in poor condition, splitting, water damaged, etc. He even texted me pictures to further explain what the team was seeing. Their commitment to excellence would not allow anything less than what was needed. I was incredibly grateful realizing he could have given me what I asked for, as opposed to providing what he knew I needed. Additionally, the updated patio room required new brick, the removal of a window, interior paint, and the replacement of 3 doors. The end result was more than I could have imagined. The workmanship, commitment to excellence, and timeliness made for an extremely positive experience.The team cared for my property (backyard, driveway, etc.) and were intentional to clean up, remove debris, pressure wash, etc. to ensure my backyard was returned to its original state.
