From Logan to Scott to Justin- fantastic experience! Unbelievable customer service from them- just great guys and real human beings that genuinely care. Legacy Roofing was from the start- Very professional, expedient, and competent. Love working with them. Great company!!!!

Just had my entire roof replaced with new tiles , underlayment, batons, everything. I could not be happier! Legacy did a wonderful job, just superb! From the moment I signed contract till the job was done, their team was constantly in touch with me and walking me through every step that was about to be taken and answering all my questions! The customer care with Legacy was 5 star, seriously!
From Dawn in the office calming me down and taking control of a hiccup (that really wasn't). To Cory who was on top of everything along the entire process out in the field. To Daniel who went beyond in his duties to ensure I was happy with the total job! To the 3 amigos who busted their butts in the high 90 degree heat over the 4 day job and never slowed or complained about anything I asked of them!
This entire Legacy team was just fantastic to work with. I can only assume this all starts from the top, the ownership of Legacy! So hat's off to the owner's as well !
I do not know anybody at Legacy, and get nothing for my review. I am just a very satisfied customer form their professionalism in todays world where there just doesn't seem to be much of that anymore!

Dawn, Tony and Justin were terrific. They responded to my inquiries promptly. The whole process was efficient from beginning to end. They took pictures and explained what my options were. I am very pleased with Legacy Roofing and highly recommend them.

We are very pleased at the repair work done by Legacy Roofers. Justin did the repairs using matched roofing tiles, resealed vent flanges and checked over the entire roof for anything additionally needed.

Tony/sales explained process of roofing (start to finish), Mario and roofing team were here on time, tore off old roof and replaced with new roof, done in record time- 4 days! Yard was cleaned up and driveway was power washed. I have recommended Legacy Roofing to all my neighbors!

The roofing process went on without a hitch. On time, clean, quite (as you can be), and communication was great. Only thing needed was a walk thru on completion, but, that came 2 days later. I would recommend Legacy to my friends and use them again if I needed. Good job guys!

Then he smiles and says, “Well, let’s hope it rains tonight so we can see if I fixed it.”

Meanwhile, the last roofer quoted me $5,600 for the same issue.

Had Justin out today to inspect and ascertain why water was running down our Facia boards behind the rain gutters during a recent storm.
He was on time and very professional in listening to our concern basis. Went right to work and discovered the root cause to be the gutter installer that followed our reroof project DID NOT caulk the hanging bracket screws thus allowing water to back up on the bracket and penetrate the screw hole and leak water down the Facia. Justin's attention to detail exemplyfies his commitment to his employer and work ethics.
Hats off to Justin, you are a TEN in our book!

Legacy Roof Repair rejuvenated the Elastomeric coating on the foam section of our roof. I was very happy with every aspect of the job. The quote included itemization of the steps that would be taken and the materials to be used. I knew just what to expect. That up-front and transparent approach carried through the work as the project manager kept me fully informed and answered my questions clearly. This job posed scheduling problems because of persistent rain. But my house was never off their radar, and I'm confident that they got the job done without sacrificing quality. The men in the crew were terrific. They came on time, worked efficiently, restored the surface beautifully, and cleaned up completely.
