Hello Jack, thank you for moving forward so quickly on our project. We got the flooring we wanted, it is beautiful. Sergo and his crew did an excellent job of installing with a minimum of disruption. They moved quickly and let us know when they would arrive. Overall, a great job!

In January, I had a frozen pipe and the water damage basically took out my kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, entry and part of the bedroom to the extent that I had to move out. The restoration people recommended Legacy Red and Jake Ryan--my lucky day! From day one, Jake was on board. The biggest problem was the insurance companies and their low balling the replacement values along with not being very responsive. Jake was all over it! As he said "I have your back" and he did through the whole process. The subcontractors who did the work on my home were top notch from the drywallers, kitchen cabinets and quartz counter tops, flooring, and everything else that needed repairing including hooking up all the appliances and bathroom fixtures. Jake and main contractor Christian were always responsive and always answered my questions timely and thoroughly. I know in the big scheme I was a relatively small job but Jake knew this was my home and I always felt like a priority. Thank you Jake, Christain and the other workers. Jake Ryan was a great general contractor during my recent introduction to home insurance claims. My bathroom is fixed and he was so helpful in explaining the steps involved in getting the insurance claim filed and authorized. Even when I was getting impatient with the whole process he was understanding and informative. I really appreciated his keeping in touch during the process and keeping my informed.
