I have had very bad experiences with this company. They installed a standing seam roof for me in 2019. 4 1/2 years later, I have had too many leaks to count, and twice have had panels blow off in the wind. Early on, the company attempted to fix issues under their express warranty, which lasted 2 years. More recently, they have said it is not their problem and refused to come back, even when the issues clearly stem from improper installation. A standing seam roof is supposed to last longer than 2 years. I am considering filing a lawsuit. This company does not deserve your business.
We hired Legacy Home Improvements to replace our deck railing system, build a deck pergola and remodel the master bathroom. From Rich and Robbie to Shawn, Kevin and all the guys including subcontractor Scott Wilson (and his wife) from Wilson flooring, were all very friendly, professional with a great work ethic. All the projects were done to perfection and within budget. We are so happy with Legacy and will definitely use them again as well as refer to anyone who is looking for all home improvement needs!
Had someone come out to get an estimate. Said they would email me the estimate the next week. Never got the estimate. Called to ask about said estimate. They said they would have the person call me about my estimate the next day. Never got a call back. Not very professional at all!!
