The whole team that worked with us was very attentive, reassuring, and understanding to our needs. They were very thorough in their process and were always available if something came up that we needed help with.

Legacy was great when I needed an old roof replaced! They came out and did a very thorough walk through and provided a robust estimate. I particularly appreciated that they got up into the attic to assess the plywood beneath the old roof to get an idea of how much may need to be replaced. Everyone I worked with was kind and did a great job. I was super impressed by how well they cleaned up afterward too.

The team at Legacy construction was absolutely fabulous. I thought I had hail damage on my roof from this past storm and they were gracious enough to come out and take a look for free, and when they didn’t find any hail damage, they were honest about it and even showed me the pictures!

We had our house reroofed by Legacy in 2016. Now we are in the process of selling our house, and we find out from an inspector that Legacy never connected our bathroom vent to the outside, so rthere was excess moisture in our attic. We have contacted them repeatedly, and they will not responded! It needs to be corrected NOW before there is further damage. We are very disappointed in this company.

They were able to work with me on a new roof on short notice after my insurance company gave me little time to remedy the problem. Overall their focus on doing things right and communicating any changes due to weather made them easy to work with.

I reached out to Legacy after a door-to-door company came by my house and said they think they can get me a new roof through insurance… But they were pressuring me to sign with them right away.

So I reached out to Legacy because they have Malarkey shingles, and to get a second opinion. Josiah and team were super friendly and helpful throughout the process. I never felt pressured into agreeing to an upsell. They just were willing to do whatever we wanted.

The insurance process is always a bit chaotic from what I’ve heard from others (this was my first claim), but Legacy did a great job working with the insurance company to get supplementals approved even after the work had been completed and I had already paid out of pocket to get some of it done ahead of time.

Would highly recommend Legacy to anyone. The roof looks great and Malarkey shingles are supposed to be some of the best!!

Micah and Legacy took awesome care of us from start to finish. While slow to start (in our opinion) once they got underway they got done quickly, and the work was done right.

Legacy went toe to toe with Allstate for months to increase their measly claim reimbursement of a few thousand bucks into an entire new roof. They had to respond several times with pictures and samples, ultimately proving that the existing shingles were not available and therefore spot repair was not an option. They also had to work with my solar contractor to get my solar panels removed and replaced. They took care of all the paperwork and managed the entire project so that very little was required of me. The roof was replaced in one day and looks great. I highly recommend them for any project, especially one resulting from an insurance claim.

Was referred by a friend after a hail storm rolled through. Josiah helped greatly in understanding the process and always made sure to go over and concerns I had. Had to postpone the claim over the winter, but things got going quickly once the warmer weather came back around. Things got a bit hectic, but Josiah and Andrew were always patient with any questions I had. All in all, I dreaded filing a claim as I dread working with insurance for any reason, but Legacy made the entire process palatable

I contacted Legacy Construction after a summer hail storm that came through our area and started working with their staff to determine overall damage to our house and out building. Their professional attitude was evident from everyone I interfaced at the company. They worked with my insurance adjuster to address every issue of the damage and surprisingly were able to address issues more than just the roof damage. The worked performed by their crew for the roof and siding replacement was thorough, timely, and backed up by any questions I had. The assistance in picking colors and style has made this home look like it was just built this year instead of the 30 year old home it is. Workers were kind and courteous. Clean up was pretty thorough, though it was difficult because of gusty winds that day. Communication throughout the project was very good.

Jake and the Legacy construction team did a good job on my chimney siding replacement project. They took on my job and juggled other scheduled projects to fulfill my urgent schedule.

My project quickly became more extensive than originally expected after underlying rot issues were uncovered. Legacy was able to promptly pull in additional carpenters and EPDM roofing subcontractors to keep our home repair moving forward as needed. I appreciate that I didn’t need to be involved with finding specialists and waiting for their availability.

A few weeks after the job was done, a water leak was discovered after a heavy rain. Jake and Eddie responded immediately and came over to repair it that same day - which was a Sunday.

The entire Legacy team was polite, professional and respectful of our property and living conditions throughout the construction. I would highly recommend them.

Tim helped us navigate the claims process and worked with the insurance company to provide a quote we didn't need to haggle over. Jacob walked through the actual work to be completed and helped us get that scheduled.

We had a slight hiccup when we had left a car in the garage during the work, and after the crew left they didn't take the dumpster with them, which was blocking our garage door. Since we were needing to get the car out quickly, Tim and Jacob worked together to get someone back to get the dumpster in under an hour, which was super responsive for us.

Legacy Construction sided my house and it looks great. I am very critical when it comes to hiring work done but I have no complaints with this company. All workers were very professional. All of my concerns were taken care off and the quality of the work is excellent. The best was Josiah gave me the bid but was also in touch and came out to the sight till the end making sure I was satisfied and that the work was going smooth. The last surprise was they sent a person to inspect the whole job to make sure all was right. I would use this company again.

Sean and Legacy Construction provided a fantastic service from beginning to the end of our roofing project. They handled the claims with the insurance provider and got a few extras included that were covered by the insurance company. They provided good information on roofing materials. The project was completed faster that I thought it would be completed by. The roofing workers were very polite and service oriented. They did a great job with the roof and cleaned up everything afterwards. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with Legacy and I would reccomend them for another project.

The entire team worked so hard on our project. We had a couple issues come up during the project and they were all flexible and helpful in finding a solution.

Quality work done in a timely fashion by professional and friendly people; Staff are responsive and keep their clients in the loop regarding updates and timelines. We worked with Sean on our project, and from beginning to end he was engaging throughout the process, and really worked to keep us updated.

Jake and his Legacy team are superb at what they do. Our new roof is awesome, but over the past year while working with them the thing that struck us the most was the respectful and honest manner in which Jake operates his business.

(More details for those interested:) Our roof was damaged in that storm of spring 2022. I called Legacy and relayed my info and recieved a callback from Jake shortly after. He was totally on top of it from that moment on. My first impression was that he was knowledgeable and compassionate- which is just what you need in a roofing contractor when your home has been damaged unexpectedly. It is stressful and he clearly understands that.

Once our claim was processed our insurance company would only pay to replace a handful of shingles (with only one shingle option that barely matched our existing roof color). After discussing with us and looking into things, Jake helped us embark on a fight with insurance for a whole roof replacement because of the color issue. Other issues with the roof popped up over time as well which strengthened our case regarding insurance.

For an entire year Jake was a diligent advocate for our home when speaking to insurance. He was patient and informative toward us as we navigated this kind of situation for the first time, and he always made time to talk through things with us to make sure we made the best and most informed decisions for our home. And he never made me feel ridiculous for being totally hard-headed regarding insurance and not backing down on the issue with them. (I mean. . . It paid off eventually, ha)

One year and three adjusters later. . . My family and I have a BEAUTIFUL new roof on our home thanks to Jake and his team.

It was an added bonus that they were available to also completely clean out, lay down protective barrier in the attic, add vents, and re-insulate! Our bills have gone down greatly!

Jake and his team repaired our roof after some storm damage. They were very professional, prompt, and meticulous. Excellent all around.

I needed to replace my 25-year-old roof because of storm damage and age. Legacy inspected the roof and informed me that it required immediate repair to prevent water damage. They put someone up there to repair the roof as a temporary measure. The fee for that work was reasonable and was later offset against the cost of replacing the roof. They also identified water damage to some of the siding which they fixed when they replaced the roof. They updated the flashing to code so it wouldn't recure. They did very nice work and thoroughly cleaned up after the job. The roof passed inspection and looks great. They were flexible and easy to work with, a great team.

Really good people who understand how important a decision it is to put a new roof on your home. Jake and Alex worked with us patiently through the whole process and the crew that was on site worked as hard as any team I have ever seen ! I recommend legacy unconditionally and will call them when the deck needs replacing.
