They helped us file our claim, communicated with our insurance company, supplemented information to our insurance company in order to get a higher quote, and were able to complete the job two weeks ahead of what was promised. On the day of the job, the crew was very careful to protect and clean up the yard. We are very pleased with this company and would highly recommend. The process was very organized and easy.

Chaz worked with us and our insurance company for months. It was a battle even though our roof had major damage from multiple storms. He was present each time to meet with the various adjusters sent to inspect our roof. He was in constant communication with us and our insurance agency. He and Dakota were fantastic helping us select a roof and providing information about warranties, brands, etc. They actually completed the entire job in one day. Had a roof leak in my kitchen and called Chaz with Legacy Construction before the bad storms this past weekend. He came over the same day for a consult and repair. We hired Legacy construction to replace a roof that had been damaged due to a storm that went through last summer. Chaz was instrumental in coordinating with our insurance company, Chubb, to get the entire project covered under our plan. Once that was done, he immediately went to work on preparing for the Reconstruction. Once he got the shingles and paper off the roof, we discovered multiple areas that had wood rot due to leaks from the previous roof. Before putting the new roof down, they completely repaired all of the damaged wood, redid all of the flashing, redid a large portion of stonework that had been leaking as well. Once all the repairs were done, they went to work on the roof and I was amazed at how many people Chaz had show up to the house to get this job completed as fast as he could. They started the project on Friday afternoon and were completely done on our 10,000 square-foot plus house by Monday afternoon. The work was exceptional, the coordination with us was incredible, and the cleanup was amazing. When they left, you could not even tell they had been there. I would recommend Chaz and Legacy construction to anyone, and actually have. Two or three of our friends have contracted with them to do work on their houses.

Chaz and his team are very hardworking, honest and extremely professional. Chaz is tremendously knowledgable about roofing and construction, and he works diligently with the insurance company to ensure that your claim is processed properly and in a timely manner. The whole crew from Legacy was very professional and understanding before, during and after our project was completed. It started with Chaz helping us out getting the roof approved by our insurance company, picking out correct roofing materials and scheduling a start date that was much sooner then we expected. I have never thought about a roof as “beautiful” until today. Legacy was prompt, courteous, and worked all day with only a short lunch break. We could not be happier with Legacy Roofing and Construction! Ty communicated frequently about when the job would be done and he gave very good advice about the color of the shingles. We switched from a gray to a brown roof and are very pleased with how it gave our house a more modern appearance.

He came out and looked at my roof and took pictures, I filed a claim, it was approved, I was sent a check from insurance and as soon as I received the check my roof was started the next day. They completed my entire roof and cleanup in two days. They found several places in my roof wood underneath that had damage and fixed all of that as well.
