After a major storm Brandon Torrez from Legacy Built Exteriors was in my neighborhood, and offered to inspect my roof to check for storm damage. Upon his inspection he found considerable hail and wind damage to my twenty year old roof. He explained all the details to me, and contacted my insurance company so that I would have the least amount of work to do. After a secondary inspection from my insurance agency he set up a time to pick out a new roof, and set a time to have the work done. It was done within a single day, and looks great. I highly recommend Legacy Built Exteriors, and Brandon. He knows his business, and is an asset to the company.

I usually don't write reviews but Legacy Built Exteriors was so awesome that I had to take the time to let everyone know. I'm also one of those people that don't like solicitors but this was different. Ryan happened to ring my doorbell on a nice and calm day. He was extremely polite and respectful when introducing himself and the reason he stopped by. He stated that he would be handling everything from start to finish with our home insurance as many in our neighborhood experienced wind and hail damage. Our roof was in need of serious repairs but with the help of Ryan, we finally got an entire new roof with no out of pocket costs. Ryan was extremely patient every step of the way and it took some time for the insurance to process all the documents. Due to the rainy season, there was a delay in scheduling from the initial visit. Ryan was able to get his roofing team out here this past Monday and the whole roof was completed that same day and it sure was a hot and humid day. Our home looks brand new with the beautiful new roof and we couldn't be happier. If anyone gets an opportunity to work with this company, please try and get Ryan. He wasn't the typical hard seller. He got straight to the point and I did not experience any headaches. Thank you Ryan for assisting my family with a clean and safe roof that will last us a very long time.

Legacy Built Exteriors did a fantastic job on our roof. They completed the work quickly but without cutting corners—the roof looks solid, clean, and professionally done. What really stood out was the personal attention through every step. Ryan Small walked and talked with us through the whole process, always communicative and always available to answer questions, explain the next steps, or help with decisions. He was honest and regularly checked in to make sure we were comfortable with everything, which gave us great peace of mind. What stood out most was that he and the company weren’t pushy or salesy at all—they just felt genuine and down-to-earth. It’s refreshing to work with people who care more about doing good work than just making a sale.

Joe and his crew did a great job on our roof. Had to get a full replacement and they worked two days in 100+ degree heat to get the job done. Not just get the job done but done well. We even left out a big case of chilled water to show they were appreciated in their work. Would recommend them for anyone.

Legacy Built Exteriors is the best company to work with since I moved to USA. Anthony and Neesh knocked on my door and told me I have siding damage. After short inspection, they also found my roof was damaged too, which I even didn't believe since my roof had been changed 4 years ago. They take care everything include roof, siding and gutter. These annoying solicitors do not respect No Soliciting signs (of which I have two posted). They showed up at my house TWO DAYS IN A ROW knocking and ringing the doorbell. Then they leave one of their cars in front of my house halfway in the road on a busy and dangerous curve while they go bother more people in the development. They are not even local, they are from Bowie, Maryland, up here in Hanover, PA, annoying people at home on a Saturday! This is no way to gain customers! Very disrespectful!

Very pleased with my experience today that Anthony provided. A family member referred me to him because people kept knocking on my door saying my roof needed to be replaced. He came out and did a thorough inspection. After the inspection, he showed me photos and things to watch out for. But all in all, he said, my roof was in good shape and any concerns in the future he will come take a look for me. I really appreciated the transparency and his genuine interaction with me. Definitely will be using him in the future.
