While they did a great job installing the windows, they did not clean up their mess. They did not replace the trim on one of my back doors. They also left the waterproofing Exposed on that same back door. They left the trim to set out in the rain. I have called them multiple times and do not get a response. In fact, I even spoke to the general manager and he assured me he would be right on it and the problem would be solved. That was several weeks ago and still nothing.

I had a pretty large project with a few difficult requests. The team that helped execute my vision did so flawlessly. Would definitely recommend Marcos and team left coast for any of your window needs

Issac Davis was professional and personal. I knew from start of our conversation that he was knowledgeable, fair, and esteemed high integrity- someone you want as customer facing. I had not heard of LCE prior, however, certainly do now and will either now or in future include them for any siding or window work. I recently hired Left Coast to replace my roof as well as one of the small windows on my home. There were a few hiccups in communication at first, but once the project got rolling, everything exceeded expectations. The quality of work was exceptional and they were very accomodating and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend them for any home exterior projects that you want done and done well!

Left Coast installed 2 windows and an patio door for me and they were incredible to work with. They communicated well about the project dates and the install crew was awesome. I love the way they look and I am excited to have them build a deck for me next month.

This company promises their own installers they’ve been working with for years. LIES! The workers said they’d just started working with the company a few months ago. Why was My door was installed with nasty caulking all over the inner and exterior trim. Oh, and I can’t lock it. How is it already broken!? They don’t respond to your requests to get it fixed. I have no idea how they have so many good ratings. They must be fake!
Yes, it’s cheaper than other companies but keep in mind you get what you pay for!
I would have preferred to pay more and receive a better service! And it wasn’t even that cheap!!

Based on the initial installation and door quality, I was anticipating giving Left Coast Exteriors a 5-star rating but experienced numerous communications issues and delays in project completion. While many of these factors were beyond their control, they could have been a bit more proactive in their communications regarding promised follow-up. I wish there was just one phone number to contact their main office so customers may coordinate efforts with them. One bothersome aspect of this business is that they don't have clean marketing of their primary sales phone number. I had numerous phone numbers and even those on contracted paperwork and what is listed on Google were different. Door installation was known to be running late due to the year end holidays and ended up a month after the planned date due to shipping delays and the installation crew initially bringing the wrong door. It took another two months after the door installation to complete missing door frame trim. I'm still waiting for an estimate for another door in the house but they appear are far too busy and unorganized for me.

I just had a new front door/storm door combination installed by the Left Coast Exteriors team. From the original meeting with Dee to the office staff and installers - everything went smoothly. I love the new doors and was impressed and happy with the service and the company. I recommend Left Coast highly!

I got an entry door, storm door and bathroom window. The quality of the doors and window are excellent. The workmanship of the installers is excellent also. I liked them so much, I wanted more. Dee Sims came out and gave me a price to do the job to begin with. He was very easy to work with and listened closely to what I wanted. He wanted to get it right and he did. Second time around, Dee came out and put together a custom window on his computer and I ordered 3 other windows. After doing business with Left Coast Exteriors already. I know the new job will be done right and quickly once they get the windows in. I guess what I'm trying to say is on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best.... I give them a 9. Don't ask what they could have did better, because I couldn't tell you. I don't give anyone a perfect score.

Brittany reached out to me wanting to quote me for some slider doors. She was very rude and aggressive and I’m pretty sure she gave my number to receive spam about contractors as I keep getting calls I never signed up for from random contractors. Stay FAR away from this company & Brittney. She was terrible

We had a hurricane rated 50-year guaranteed roof installed. Great value and an excellent team completed the tear-off and installation.

Although we are waiting for the winter east winds to blow, we do want to give a 5+ star review to left coast exteriors as a company, and specifically to Martha and Dee who came to our home to introduce us to their siding products. We were thrilled! They spent time with us, answered every question and helped us to find the perfect solution to our concerns. Not wanting to face another winter with winds blowing through outlets and frozen water pipes, we found the perfect product AND had it installed within a week to beat the winters wrath. The installation went without a hitch (sorry about the massive number of boxelder bugs hiding in the old siding guys) from tear down to absolute cleanup in the end. Martha even left a secret note for us to say thanks for the time we gave them. Something we’ve never seen before. We will add to this review once winter comes calling but we can already say that you can trust these folks and will be more than pleased with the professional and personal service of Martha, Dee, and the entire team from Left Coast Exteriors.

The new windows are fantastic! Right away, we noticed a more stable indoor temperature, but the biggest improvement was how much quieter our home became—no more road noise or outside sounds. Dee, our salesperson, was kind and attentive to our needs, guiding us smoothly through every step of the process. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of our space, completing the entire job, including our back slider, in about six hours and leaving everything spotless. I highly recommend both these windows and Left Coast Exteriors for their excellent service, local roots, and down-to-earth approach.

Super professional! Very fast, they replaced 11 windows in 7 1/2 hours. Very courteous crew! Brandon was excellent! He did the measuring and returned for the inspection after install was complete. He was very thorough and went above and beyond! Great work Left Coast Exteriors! Highly recommend!

The contractor ordered and installed windows on schedule. It takes awhile to measure, order the and manufacture the windows and they were delivered and installed on schedule. The windows perform as promised. They keep the rooms cooler in summer by filtering out some of the UV light.
At the final walk through the company sent a roofing supervisor for a window job. There was no followup on any of the issues brought up on the final walk through. When I spoke with the company at a later date and brought up the issues I received no return call. I feel like once they received my final payment they had no more responsibility to the customer.

Made the mistake of agreeing to a cold call offer for a free estimate on siding replacement since “they would be in the area”
What I got was a hard sell saleswoman calling me rude because I didn’t want to sit through her hour long presentation, and was “wasting her time”

Train your people to read the room. If your product and price are that good, you don’t need to force someone into a decision right then.

Look, I get you have door 2 door sales people and you want to give out "free inspections". but whoever just came to my door representing your was completely unprofessional and rude after I told them I didn't want your services. Told me I wasted their time, as I said I didn't want to waste your companies time by coming out and trying to hard close me on something I don't want or can afford at this time. I understand that you want to generate business, but you need to train these guys to properly overcome a no without insulting your potential customers. Completely ridiculous!

I was very impressed with Ben Armani and his honesty. I will definitely be contacting him again with work for my primary home and my rental properties.

I had a great time with Benjamin, he explained all about the wonderful product and quality. But at this time financially I wasn't able to afford this great product. Benjamin was a honest and knowledgeable person.

He took the time to explain everything I never knew about windows, and patiently answered my many questions in detail. After doing a walk-through of the house he was amazingly candid and honest about which ones should be prioritized for replacement and which ones, for now, are still in good working order, and even though he was aware, coming in, that this project won't be happening until next year I felt that he treated the subject the same as if it were happening tomorrow without a high-pressure sales pitch. Left coast was great to us! The salesman Ron Oden was an expert at explaining the product, he was very knowledgeable about the process and he went above and beyond to get us taken care of quickly. Our Project manager Pat Rose was also very knowledgeable and helpful in getting us taken care, we had some additional challenges with mold along the way as well as some change orders and Left Coast worked with us to make it all happen! We went from 2 months out to done in 2.5 weeks.The job was done quickly and many of my neighbors asked about the job as they were impressed finished product. We are very happy!

Guys from this firm bypassed 6 no trespassing and no soliciting signs. They saw and acknowledged them and still proceeded. Guy came right to my front security door and tried to open it. Next he knocked whilst they scoped out my property and looked in my windows. Over ring I asked them what they wanted and they started talking and again avoided the ring and came to my office on the side of the house and were staring and talking to me whilst I was working at my desk in my office. I told them no solicitors and mentioned the signs. Guy kept talking saying they were working on a neighbors house and were in the area. Told them go away unless they want to pay me for my time and had my phone ready to dial cops. Mate saw the phone and left. Super sus. Called the owner and complained. He was responsive until the guy started making threats to me online the next day. Contacted CCSO and Attorney General and filed reports.

Thanks to Ben for helping me to solve my more immediate window problems. I am amazed by how cool the windows are, and Mr. Armani, who is a consummate professional, was both informative and an absolute pleasure to work with. There was some transparency lacking in the energy star qualification of the products and unfortunately my windows did not qualify for a tax deduction, however, the tax deduction is very small and it's doubtful a more expensive product would have been worth the upgrade cost. Love the windows, they are beautiful.

I needed to get a new roof, ASAP!! Jeremy Archuleta made it all happen. I had to have roofing materials provided by my HOA. Unfortunately the manufacturer wasn’t on the list. Jeremy did a presentation at my house to the person who had the power to approve my choice. After that happened everything moved quickly. From start to finish, with one day off because of rain, It was done in six days. I’m very happy with the service that Jeremy provided to me. The picture I posted shows the before and after.

I just signed a contract with Left Coast for new windows. I can’t wait to have the new windows installed.

benjamin is the epitome of a knowledgeable, honest rep. NO pressure-y (slimy) sales tactics, and an honesty and expertise that, due to my situation (renting then selling my property within the next three years), gave an assessment that their product may not make the most sense financially for me at this time (i had a particular price-point in mind). it is this kind of service and honesty that gives me confidence in recommending benjamin and east coast exteriors to my neighbours and peers.

Yaaceen was great took all the time needed to answer all my questions and walk me through all my options as a home owner. I've never make a purchase like this before but I felt very covered and taken care of.

Ron was very friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Ron made a full presentation and walked us through the whole process with his presentation. He had visuals and tons of information to give. I will give him a 10/10 for performance!
He was patient and made sure to answer all of our questions. We signed with him. Will update you after the project is done but so far we feel like our investment is in good hands.

They sold us on “we work with licensed people and we are family-oriented” but nope. The first project manager came once then disappeared and never communicated with us. E.G. When the workers came they started their work unannounced and we had to go out and ask who they were and why were they in our house ( they said the project manager was the one who supposedly needed to tell us early in the am).

We got people from a different company working with us and they had to come more than once because of their lack of professionalism and knowledge.

The project manager showed up one more time to collect money but as the work was still I completed he had a tantrum in from of one of us and was very upset with the idea of coming back to our place again because it was far from his place.

The project which was supposed to be done in 2-3 days took almost 6 months to be done and at the end, they said we needed something changed with our gutters but later, they changed their minds.

This is the first time we have worked with small companies that aren't cheap.
I wish people were more honest.

This whole thing could have been done on better terms.

We do not recommend them.
We are highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism shown by the whole crew that was actually from left coast exteriors.

After having the roof replaced, we also replaced 3 front windows and a bedroom sliding glass door. From start to finish it was very well done. Pat Rose the project manager was informed, responsive, and thorough. The installers were prompt, skilled, quick, and cleaned up after themselves. This company is tops!

Had Yaaceen come to give us a quote and he was very friendly and funny! He was very knowledgeable about what we needed and backed it up with pics and vids. Will definitely consider Left Coast for the project!

I'm in the process of gathering bids for a replacement for my 23 year old roof. Got a call from Left Coast because I'm sure a database has pinged my neighborhood as furtile ground. I was dreading the estimate appointment for a number of reasons.

Yaaceen showed on time and provided a comprehensive bid with plenty of explanation. Very informative and low pressure. I'll be getting more bids, but I'll probably pick Left Coast if costs are comparable.

Yaaceen was awesome! Not pushy, but sold us with his honesty (we were well aware we were due for a new roof anyway.) Smart and very knowledgeable.

Jeremy and Ben from Left Coast were fabulous! They surveyed our roof, which we did not have information on about when it was last replaced. Not only did they tell us that the roof was likely only about 10 years old, but also indicated it was clear it was not properly installed. This makes so much sense, because the previous owners did a lot of work themselves, and not always with the best results. They indicated the roof was not in need of replacing for at least 3-4 more years. I appreciated their honesty, and their willingness to accommodate my schedule. They will go to the top of the list when we do love forward with replacing the roof.

We just received an estimate from Josh Shelton of Left Coast Exteriors and I cannot express how great the experience was. He really took the time to understand our wants and plans for our home both long and short term. He built out the quote in a way that gave us options and helped me understand how to make it affordable. He did an excellent job explaining how his product differentiates itself from other windows. Josh is professional and deliberate. I know that when we decide what to do we have a full picture and the best options have been presented.

I had 3 guys show up at my door on a Friday evening to solicit their business. They were scheduling appointments for the week. They said a guy could come out on Saturday and do a walk through and give me a quote. I was curious on a price because I do need a new roof. I booked an appointment for Saturday...next day. A couple hours later on that same Friday I received a call from their office to confirm the appointment on Sat. A friendly guy shows up at my door Saturday and inspects my roof and walks me through the process. He said he would email me a quote by the following week. 2 months later I have yet to hear back from this company. All that work for NO follow-up....a little concerning.

Our thanks to Josh, the sales rep. Past that and since Josh is no longer there, I say keep looking for an outfit that can communicate.

My husband and I were so happy with how kind and fun Jeremy and Yaaceen were while giving us quotes for our garage roof, house siding, and windows. We were very impressed with how much they wanted to get us a good deal. We weren’t in a position to immediately sign a deal with them and they didn’t pressure us too much. Their customer service was absolutely impressive. Our 16 month old was running around needing our attention and they had no issues with him being a distraction and even interacted with him. Jeremy is going to give us a call Thursday and hopefully we can still get a good deal for what we’ve decided. I’ll update the review after the work is complete! Super happy with them so far.

The staff at Left Coast Exteriors are extremely professional and knowledgeable. We had Babak stop by our house the other day to see if we had any interest in replacing our windows. We were able to secure a quick follow up appointment the next week with Jeremy and Ben. They were very helpful when answering questions and thoroughly walked us through the process. They are very friendly and made us feel comfortable and excited to work with them.

I had them come out for free window replacement quote. Normally, we all run from these people when they came knocking, but I thought what the heck. (I have an older home with aluminum windows.) Aaron came out, was punctual and friendly, made quick work of the measurements and showed me a lot of window options and cost packages directly on his mobile tablet. Actually less expensive than I thought. I am not in a place financially to do this right now, but definitely kept their info for later. Felt like a good company to do business with… products and service felt very authentic and not sleazy sales. The technology they have for available customization options was pretty awesome and expansive too. Hope this review helps anyone thinking of having them out for a quote on windows!!

I recently had Left Coast Exteriors put a new roof on my house and I was very impressed and pleased with the way they took care of every part of the project. The presentation was very impressive, the materials were of top quality. The company had representatives canvassing my neighborhood. Luckily for them I am in the market for a new roof. They seemed rather happy for someone who would actually talk to them and not tell them to go away. I stated that I wanted a quote and so we arranged for them to come out a week later. The day before my scheduled quote meeting they called twice to confirm the time and date. Everything was confirmed. Then the day of the quote I was at home after leaving work early, eagerly awaiting their arrival. The time arrive d and no one showed up. An hour later and still no one showed up. Two hours later; no one. No one called either. Dead silence. I sent a message to the guy who confirmed the quote appointment and no reply. Very strange and very unprofessional.

Left coast exteriors replaced my roof and skylight. Dee helped me understand the process and was very responsive throughout. Everyone else at LCE that I met was helpful and pleasant as well. The roof looks great and the roofers made sure to clean up the debris around my house after the job. Thanks!

Left Coast replaced our roof and gutters, and in spite of a few complications, we are very happy with the results. Shaun, the project manager, was terrific to work with, keeping us appraised delays (extreme heat) and resolving unforseen problems to our satisfaction. The crew was very conscientious in cleaning up debris afterwards. We have had many complements, and would recommend them.

We love our new roof, gutters, and solar light tunnels. What a transformation! We get tons of compliments from our neighbors. The project had a few minor hiccups along the way but overall a good experience. Shaun the PM took great care of us and got everything taken care of. The sales guy Dee was low pressure and we liked everyone we worked with including Lima the roof foreman. They have fantastic customer service.
