From the first phone call I made to them until the job was complete they were fantastic! They picked up the phone when I first called (several other companies did not) and were out to estimate the next day. They had a very competitive bid and were able to start the work very quickly. They were able to accommodate some non standard flashing needs for our quirky house and replace some damaged sheeting and facia quickly and with great craftsmanship. We added a skylight and several sun tunnels and they did a great job with these. Overall I couldn’t be happier with the work, communication and professionalism that JCR provided. I’m so glad a friend recommended them to us after using them as well. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with JCR. We spoke with several companies and the fact that JCR is a small, family-owned and run operation meant lower overhead and reasonable costs. Even though we faced weather delays in the early spring, as soon as they could get to work, they did. They replaced our poorly-maintained and damaged tile roof and created a clean look by adding additional bird boxes for proper ventilation. They were also able to add vents for our bathrooms which had none. It was a lot of labor and they made sure to get everything completed as promised. If I had any questions or concerns, they were promptly addressed.

over and gave us a quote that we thought was reasonable. He came back with his crew whom we thought were very professional with being quiet, efficient and they cleaned up perfectly.

Had a small repair job on a very steep pitch roof where a tree had punched a cannonball sized hole. JCR arrived, repaired the damage in less than 4 hours, and it's as good as new. Good, fast and reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Great company came out, looked in the attic to find source of the roof leak, found only water on pipes. Jumped on the roof, found two torn pipe boots, got the issue fixed a couple weeks later quick clean solid repairs.

I am very satisfied, and I would use them again. I got my roof done in summer of 2023 and it is working great. They gave several options with costing same-day, committed to timing and did a quality job. I've seen them do several jobs around my neighborhood and they were recommended by neighbors. These guys rock. I like they included 2 roof anchors in case I need to go up there and clean the gutters. Bonus! Kind of old-school, mind you, it was best to actually call them and talk rather than do any internet stuff. But the service and results were fantastic.

A tree fell on our house during a windstorm. The damage was relatively minor so didn't really warrant an insurance claim, but the roof was no longer water tight and rain was in the forecast. I called several roofing companies for a repair estimate. Julio from JCR came out right away, was knowledgeable, had a reasonable quote to me within an hour, and was able to fit us into the schedule within a couple of days. The repairs are invisible, looks like good quality workmanship, and communication was easy throughout the job.

Throughout the estimating process, Julio was very friendly and thorough. He showed me pictures of the suspect areas needing repair and was honest in stating he wasn't sure he could get someone out today to do the work. Surprise Surprise! Our roofers came back and fixed our roof! Wow! They did such a great job. We have a brand new roof now. Santa will love it; and so will I. Hire these men they will not let you down. I like them and endorse them.

Very professional with excellent service and first-rate installation. Tear-off of our old roof took one day in blazing heat. Installation took two long days. These crews worked their tails off and we were very impressed. Each night their cleanup was very thorough. A neighbor is doing a major remodel and said JCR was the only contractor they had no problems with.

The Team at JCR was wonderful. We had six bids, out of all the companies, they were the most thorough, knowledgable, company that even offered more than others on top of being one of the most competitive estimates. When it came time this spring to reroof our house, we knew that JCR would be the right group to call as ALL of our neighbors were super pleased with their experience. We were not disappointed! Flawless performance from the estimate to job completion. I had to replace a roof due to premature aging that was under warranty.Job started 2 weeks earlier than estimated and was finished in three days. Crew was polite, professional and on time! The owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns and the job was completed in time estimated.

We were very pleased with our experience by JCR roofing. This was our first roof replacement ever and Julio took the time to answer our questions and ease any concerns. We found other companies to charge additional costs for “extras” that already came with the roof package from JCB. The workers, who are employees not subs, did a great job cleaning up and were prompt and polite.

Mom-n-law had a roof leak. After checking it out, we found a few more issues that needed attention. We called to get a few estimates. I believe JCR Roofing was our third call, yet Victor was the first out (the other two couldn’t be there for one and two weeks). After his inspection, wrapped in a nice professional package, he presented us 3 options to choose from. We scheduled the job 30 days out with the possibility of an earlier start.

They ended up fitting us between jobs and kicked a** on mom’s roof. They had a little more to do than we hoped for and still knocked out the job in one day. Mom said the crew was friendly and courteous. They kept a clean work site and did a great job with cleanup. If you need a roofer, call them. From start to finish, JCR Roofing rocked. The roof looks great, Mom is happy, all is good in the world.

*On a side note, JCR finished 5 days ago and I’m still waiting for the bid from the first contractor I called.

We are very satisfied with the roofing job on our house by JCR. The cost of roofing and selection of
materials were very impressive and competitive. From proposal to completion of roofing JCR has
provided a professional interface through Victor and installed new roof in 1.5 days. The company
employs a group of professional roofers that performed all required tasks, this is a hard working
group working from early morning till dusk. Upon completing the work workers diligently checked all

Very quick and efficient. They provided much more information than other roofers during the assessment, and even pointed out some issues that others had not. Ended up getting a new roof, work was done in a timely manner and looks great.

We recently bought an older house and we knew in the future we would have to be replacing the roof. We had a leak back in November 2021 and JCR came over to repair the leak. While they were at it, they provided an estimate for a new roof. It was a fair price and their schedule was open. Due to the weather, the installation was delayed but we had the finished roof in early January.

Overall we had a good experience with JCR and I would recommend using them.

We had an old tile roof torn off..A new roof and gutters put on. They did a great job. They started the job sooner then expected and they were quick to get it done. Professional and very nice to work with.

We needed our back house (~400 sq.ft.) re-roofed and needed some regular cleaning for the roof of our main residence. From the very beginning, our experience with JCR was positive. They got back to us promptly to discuss the job, came out soon after and scheduled us to start quickly. Communication was easy, and the job was done per the bid. They were clear about the uncertain condition of the sheathing and let us know what the additional costs might be - so even the surprises wouldn't be surprising. The crew was friendly, efficient and sensitive about debris during the demo process. They came prepared and left the place tidy. I'll certainly use them again for my roofing needs.

We had a great walk through with victor where we were given our options for the roof. The bid was great and we were scheduled for about a month out. Two days later he said he could fit us on the schedule That week. So the week we received our bid we also got a new roof which was wonderful! Everyone came in with masks and were nice and organized. They completely cleaned up every single inch of our yard, down to leaf blowing everything up(which I truly appreciated with kids living here). They patched a section of roof for me. Previous shingles had a manufacturer defect. Fantastic job done with professional quality and in a timely manor. Can't ask for more.

The crew showed up a little earlier than scheduled, which was great, and worked all day & evening to complete the job: an entire roof in one day! They provided photos of before, during and after the work, since the roof is high up on a row house and is impossible to see. And finally, cleaned up everything spotlessly after finishing. Of course, one of the big reasons we had the roof done was that there was leak into our kitchen for 10 years, so we'll have to wait till the fall rains arrive in order to verify there is no more leak. We are happy campers with the work that was done!
UPDATE: 3 years later. They must have fixed the 10-yr leak, because in 3 years not a single drop of moisture has come through!
