J&A was highly recommended to me by a trusted friend. Initially, I was impressed with the quick responsiveness to questions and delivery of a quote. I had reached out to other options but was so impressed with John's response, accuracy and commitment to his promises that I decided to go ahead with J&A. I wasn't sure what to expect as far as results and both my husband and I were stunned at the difference. Mold, growth, debris are removed from our home exterior, skylights are clear, and most surprising to me was some steps that were cleaned to reveal beautiful stone. I am grateful for the job they did and definitely recommend their services.

We chose this business because we wanted to support a local company with a record of stellar service and reasonable prices. Getting a price quote and scheduling the appointment was seamless. Unfortunately, when the guys arrived to start the job, my husband was experiencing a medical emergency. After providing support before the ambulance left to head to the hospital, they made sure we still wanted the work completed and began diligently pressure washing our home. All you need to do is look at pictures of jobs they have completed to see the attention to detail they give. But what you can't see in pictures or read in reviews is the character and kindness of these folks. When I returned home to our children, the guys were still working hard outside. I was presented a card and gift cards for food because they knew we would be running back and forth to the hospital for several days. The workers proceeded to load all of our furniture back onto our porches, and when I returned to the hospital, my husband had flowers from J&A Professional Window Cleaning. It is a day and an event we will never forget, nor will we ever forget the way our family was served by this company. We are forever J&A Professional Window Cleaning customers.

J & A cleaned our windows and skylights and cleaned our gutters. We have a contemporary home with an abundance of windows and 13 skylights. Windows sparkle now inside and out. They worked full-time for six hours without need of any oversight or direction. They even cleaned window screens even though that was not part of the estimate. I was really impressed start to finish. When I called to get an estimate they answered immediately and we were able to do an estimate the same day. We scheduled an appointment about a week or two out. The day of service the crew arrived right on time. I received a text with about 30-45 minute lead and they got right to work. They made quick work of the gutters and even removed the old broken gutter guards. Then they made their way around the house and worked efficiently on that task as well. I was surprised at their thoroughness. I wasn't expecting the doors to be washed and they even gave the front porch a spray down because they, "didn't want me and the baby to slip" on the build up they found there. They even cleaned up afterwards putting the old guards neatly where I had requested they go. The house looks brand new, the windows are spotless, and I couldn't be happier. I wouldn't hesitate to go with J&A again and will recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. I am go glad to have found someone professional, reliable, and trustworthy.
