My husband and I recently had ECC replace the windows in our home and I cannot say enough about this business, the employees, or the incredible work they do! Our project manager and team lead were both so communicative about the plans for each day, so we knew exactly what to expect. Prior to beginning, the project manager checked the weather forecast and adjusted plans as needed to ensure our home was not open during inclement weather to prevent any possible water damage. As a stay-at-home mom with two small kiddos, I felt completely at ease with the workers being in and around our home. The workers were so respectful and accommodating to our children’s sleep/nap schedules, adjusting their work plans to suit the needs of our family. They also left the space remarkably clean, eliminating any need for extra work prior to resuming our daily lives. Thank you for a job well done, ECC! We will definitely be repeat customers!
