I had a great experience with LCR. Kevin in particular was awesome. He worked hard to get our roof replaced through insurance and talked us through how the process worked. He took point on dealing with the insurance adjuster to ensure our quote was accurate.

Throughout the process, communication with Kevin was excellent. His team worked hard and the quality of the work was great. I expected to find hidden nails and debris after the job was done, but they did a great job cleaning up and we haven’t found a single nail on our property. I would absolutely recommend LCR to friends and family.

We needed to replace a 23+ year roof after dealing with a few leaks in our master bathroom. I was given Kevin's info from my brother-in-law who had a neighbor that used LCR Exteriors to replace their roof. We had been putting off replacing our roof for some time as we have solar panels that would need to be detached and re-attached as part of the roof replacement. All the prior estimates we received would require us to pay for the cost of detaching and re-attaching the panels which incidentally would cost more than the roof replacement (materials and labor). I contacted Kevin and he came to our home the same day to assess the roof. With proof of hail and wind damage, Kevin worked with lightning speed and we contacted our insurance company to have an adjuster look at the roof. After the insurance adjuster provided the initial estimate and funds for the entire scope of work, Kevin and his team were off to the races again working to identify a certified solar contractor that could detach and re-attached the solar panels. Once LCR Exteriors identified a solar contractor, we contacted Tesla to get a waiver to allow a 3rd party contractor to perform the work. We identified dates to remove the solar panels, deliver the roof materials and replace the roof. Kevin was always engaged throughout the entire process, making sure I was always updated and available at any time to answer any of my questions via phone or test. The process went so smoothly that it was over in a blink of an eye with us only waiting for the solar contractor to reattach the panels due to their very busy schedule. LCR Exteriors also created an online portal to store all the documents and info regarding the project. We rarely write reviews but this experience went so smoothly that it would be a shame to not give LCR Exteriors the credit they deserve for a job well done. Although roofing is their primarily area of focus, LCR Exteriors also has the expertise to perform other home repair and improvement services and we will certainly be contacting them in the future for our projects.

Great job on my roof in Old Town. The inspection team and construction team were both very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to any friend or neighbor of mine, and i did actually.

We needed a porch rebuilt as well as a roof and gutters on our house. I already had 3 estimates and was ready to pick one when Kevin, from Low Cost Roofing contacted me. He had gotten my information probably from online where I had done some inquiries. I quickly did some research and found many reviews on how great this company is as well as talking very highly of Kevin, who is the sales manager. He came out at the exact time he said he would and went through everything with us. Unlike anyone else who had come out, he pulled a ladder and was up on the roof inspecting it and taking pictures. He explained he could run this through the insurance company as we had wind and hail damage. We did just that and someone from his company came back out to go up on the roof with the insurance adjuster to make sure that we were represented up there. In the meantime, we had them start on the porch, which was a full tear down and rebuild. The work that they did was amazing. The 3 porch posts are not loading bearing, but his workers didn’t like that, so they made them load bearing before boxing them in. The work was done perfectly, and they were meticulous in their attention to detail. During this process, Kevin was in complete contact with me, on top of coming out to check the work and check the completed work. Every time I had a question, I would text him and get a reply within minutes. It is so refreshing to have contractors enjoy doing their job and not cut corners. In addition, the price was cheaper than all the other estimates. I have already referred them to multiple people.
