I had a great experience with Luzbin and his team from start to finish. Luzbin was responsive, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job on our basement floors. He was also incredibly patient, even with my two young kids running around and asking questions. I would highly recommend LC Prime.

1000 stars!!!! We could not have been happier—we so appreciate Luzbin and his floor crew for an AMAZING job. From the moment we met Luzbin in person and walked the property, to the next-day quote, to the moment we walked into a totally changed home with beautifully refinished and refreshed floors(which the team completed in 2 days!)—I wish I could recommend Luzbin and his team to the world! They made every effort to go the extra mile and even removed the fridge and toilet to ensure the entire floor was perfect. Superior quality, transparency, punctuality, and communication are the best I have ever seen in a contractor, but beyond that, Luzbin and team are genuine people and incredibly hard workers.
The team is also licensed in plumbing too, so we know who to call for our next job!!

We reached out to three different companies to paint the inside of our house. LC Prime Wood Floors, LLC came to our home and gave us a quote that was easy and hassle-free. Their quote was better than the other companies and they explained in detail what work they would be doing. They were very flexible with scheduling and started working early on the first day. Every member of their team was professional and polite throughout the entire process. They didn't leave any mess behind and put all the furniture back in its original place. The service they provided from start to finish was exceptional!

Found LC Prime through plain and simple google searching for flooring contractors in the area.
I contacted three companies. They were the only ones to always promptly reply and follow-up.
They showed up at home with samples, and provided an easy, hassle-free quote. Their quote was better than the competitors, but also they matched our existing hardwood color better and provided a more detailed explanation of the work to be done.

They were super flexible with available times to do the work.
When they showed up to set up the flooring everything went even better than expected: super fast, impeccable alignment, no mess left behind, just pixel perfect.

If you need any flooring done, these guys are it. Look no further.

Very reliable and polite crew. I am glad that they were able to fix my flooring as I had bad experience with other company who started my flooring and left it undone and in bad condition, they were able to help me right away. They really pay attention to details and finish it on time. I am very happy with their service. I highly recommend!

LC Prime did my flooring and i was amazed with how my floor turned out. It is better than what i expected. They were very reliable, explained to me everything about Wood Floors because i had no idea about flooring, they assisted me from picking the right kind of floor for my needs and they even gave a suggestion of what color looks best for my house theme. I’m very happy about my newly installed flooring. I highly recommend them.
