Excellent service all around! Daniel Masifilo was really helpful getting us through the process of working with our insurance. We really wouldn’t have gotten it done without him. The care was timely and professional and the work was done ahead of schedule with very little disruption to our lives. Awesome and highly recommended!

In a time where good character and pride-in-work seems harder to come across throughout businesses, for such important work, it was more than a relief to connect with Daniel--an embodiment and perpetuation of the Aloha spirit.

I only wish they had their hands in more trades because it'd be a one stop shop for me! I'd trust these guys with all the work I'll ever need done cause they're not trying to milk you for whatever they can get..

But with gratitude, today I can say Lava Roofing Kona is the only roofing company I'll ever trust and I'd gladly recommend them to anyone!

Wow did we ever have a positive experience with Lava Roofing. I can’t recommend them enough. All workers I met were top notch professionals - responsive, kind and diligent. We got to know Daniel especially - he responded quickly to all questions and concerns. Also Brad - after our roof project was complete, we had concerns about an area where a weather station had been attached. Brad came out, no charge, to double check that it was thoroughly patched, easing our minds. We couldn’t be happier with our roof repairs and GACO roofing replacement.

Aloha,
We were in need of some Roofing and ventilation concerns with our home. We had a hard time finding a company who is willing to assist us. Contacted Lava Roofing And they responded immediately! Nolan and his crew did a phenomenal job from start to finish. Excellent Customer Service and outstanding over the top workmanship. Definitely exceeded any of our expectations!

Rick Fleming of Lava Roofing was absolutely fantastic to work with. I needed a small repair on my roof and Rick came out within 24 hours of my phone call to their office. He did a thorough inspection and forensic analysis to pinpoint my issue and recommended a cost effective solution. Lava is a very busy company, but Rick worked me into his schedule and fixed my problem. He is a fantastic communicator, he showed up on time and his repair work was extremely efficient and professional. I will recommend Rick and Lava Roofing to anyone needing a repair or a full roof replacement. Mahalo for your hard work Rick!

Had an excellent experience working with Lava Roofing. They did a great job with my asphalt shingle roof. The crew was polite and cleaned up nicely. It was refreshing considering how messy roofers can be. I'll be referring them to my friends and family.

I highly recommend Lava Roofing, Daniel Masifilo was the guy who helped us with everything we needed. We had missing shingles on our roof from the storm and Daniel was able to help us get coverage through our insurance.
He is really an awesome guy, he made sure everything was done right and he was a very professional person. We had wind damage on our roof and Daniel was able to help us get coverage through our insurance. Kudos to this person and the Lava Roofing

Aloha Everyone,
I would highly recommend Lava Roofing (previously Next Wave) to do your roof repairs.
Daniel Masifilo, the project manager, is very professional.
I submitted my request to my insurance company and they came out to inspect the damages and gave me a quote.
A day later the owner son of Next Wave Roofing, (now Lava Roofing), stopped by and looked at my damaged roof and referred me to Daniel.
Daniel made a detailed accessment of my damages and immediately sent it to my insurance company, who was fascinated on the report that he presented. They overlooked alot of areas that Daniel found that needed to be repaired, which made my coverage reasonably acceptable.
Daniel is very detailed oriented, extremely patience, very friendly
and easy to talk to. He's always willing to go an extra mile. He should be voted to be Mr. Aloha 2024.
Brad, who is his crew manager, friendly and reliable person. His crew are very dependable, always on time and works hard to get the job done.
I would definitely give them 5 stars, if had 10 stairs I'll rate them that, that's how highly I would recommend them.......

I can definitely recommend Lava Roofing to you. The working crew is on time, personable, and efficient. Thorough post-installation cleanup. You'll find sales and management easy to work with and very attentive to customer needs. I believe that you should make sure to call Lava Roofing. They took good care of me and they will for you too.
