This guy is an a-hole. I witnessed him last night having a meltdown in Walmart's parking lot because two ladies with their shopping cart couldn't get out of the way of him in his giant truck fast enough. Revved his engine and sped into his parking spot, then got out and was verbalizing profanities directed at these ladies. Had he gone any farther, he would have really regretted his impatience and rudeness. As was, he was fortunate not to have gotten his truck vandalized.

This guy was recommended from my warranty company. He came out, assessed my problem, took photos and then never sent them to my company. We could never get ahold of him. He finally deposited my check over a month later and has still not followed through with my warranty company or answered any phone calls. I have had a leak in my kitchen for almost two months now because this guy is unreliable.
