Las Vegas Roofing Repair

After reviewing google and getting recommendations, we initially contacted David Bunker who came to our property and utilize a drone to look for damaged tile, etc. Once a review was completed, work ordered signed, Jasmine scheduled us for a tile repair.

Fernando and Saul arrived on time and without delay, went to work repairing our tile. They were friendly, courteous and respectful of our property and landscaping. After the repair process was completed, they reviewed e permanent repair which included; securing all tiles, addressing all hips, ridges, pipes/vents with mastic or caulking and cleanup. The work and review were on budget and helpful.

From the start to finish, the team at D & L Roofing we had the opportunity to work with were professional, informative and timely. We are very satisfied and highly recommend their organization to others.

Mr David from D&L Roofing came out to my resident and did an assessment not Only my garage roof which was leaking but, " The Entire Roof "
He explained everything what was going to be repaired the procedures
that would be done to repair the roof.

April 5th two employees from the roofing company arrived, completed the work in a few hours. They picked up after themselves leaving my home free of any debris from the work they conducted.

I am Extremely pleased with the outcome of my roof. All of the materials used to repair my roof matched the original material in shingles.

I have Mr. David / D & L Roofing on speed dial for future needs and I've already been passing the company's name & number to friend's and neighbors.

I usually don’t give five star reviews because they look fake but I have to for Herb Santos and D&L. They did a full tile roof paper and tile replace on our home and did amazing. They were on time, on budget, on task, and respectful of our time and property. Communication was excellent as was the work. When they discovered a minor error in the color of the bird stop it was fixed immediately without me even having to mention it. I cannot recommend them enough. I have no idea if their price was competitive with the unlicensed contractors that seem to abound in the valley but our remodeling contractor recommended them and said “you will get what you pay for with D&L” so we are happy we took his advice

It took a while to get my roof fixed because of all the damage Las Vegas had from the storm in Nov 2023 because they were backed up. The guys that worked on my roof, Yankee and Juan were outstanding!! They came at 7:30am as promised and left at 5 pm after they finished the job.They took a very short lunch break and continued with their work. Yankee did a water check to see where the leak was and after they finished, did another one to make sure the leak was fixed. They were polite, considerate of my home and worked very hard the whole time. I'm very pleased with their work.

D&L Roofing went out of their way to assist us in a “little” roof repair we needed as we were selling our home and it was required to fix before closing. They didn’t refuse the job and also met our time frame with no hesitation at all! They’re such an AWESOME Business to work with!

On Sep 11, we scheduled an appointment for Oct. 5. The morning of Oct. 5 I received a call confirming they would come that morning. Unfortunately, nobody showed up. I called back on Oct. 10, no answer. Sometime later, I called the office, which they said they would reach out to the technician to see what happened, never got a call back.

I understand you may have been busy, but at least give me a call back to reschedule. If this is how they are from the beginning, can't imagine how it is to deal with them if something goes wrong on their work. Stay away.

Have used D&L roofing for both personal and professional roofing needs. David Bunker has been wonderful to work with. He is a great communicator and is able to explain the profession clearly and answer any questions I have for him. Their work ethic and always do the right thing attitude has earned a high level of trust between myself and my colleagues. There are times that we had to work within a tight budget and they were willing to work with me to find a way to get the scope completed without comprising the integrity of the work.

We really enjoyed working with D&L Roofing LLC. They were quick to respond which in our case was imperative as we were in the midst of selling our home!
They came our gave us an estimate which was right on budget and we scheduled immediately to get the work done.
They were in and out in less than 6 hours! We were AMAZED. Staff (Cecil) was extremely professional and timely. Communicated with us about the scope of work & timeline. We had a very clear idea of when the work would be completed. The roofers arrive at our home and the Front door was left open by someone who had seen the home. Cecil phone asap! To let us know and walked the house for us to verify no damage or theft had occurred! They went ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE!!! THEY CARED ENOUGH TO MAKE SURE WE WERE TAKEN CARE OF. Mr Herbert was very prompt to my needs so that I could work with my insurance and provided me with an estimate on a timely manner.
Not only were his crew on time but they asked if they could come a day early. They said it would take two days and it did. They cleaned up after themselves. No mess left behind. Workers were respectful and crew manager very polite and prompt to answer my phone calls. I appreciate them all and would recommend them in a heartbeat! I now have a peace of mind and I am not worried about the rain or storms.

From the start, poor customer service! During COVID, I was referred to this company through my insurance. Choosing to use them, the sales man, Herb, came to my home to pick up a 50% deposit $4495 made out to D & L Roofing. He had no uniform, no name tag, no company vehicle, and no ability to give me a receipt. He said one would be emailed to me by end of day. I did not receive a receipt until late the next day, after I called and asked for one.
Then the "site manager" showed up to the property, without an appointment, scaring the renters, as he was walking the property and he did not even knock on the door!

Once the job started, the workers made a mess. Understanding, it IS construction, as I was told by them, basically deal with it. The first day there were large nails and staples everywhere as well as remnents from the roof. We had to call them to come back out and clean it up, as it was a unsafe for the pets to go outside.

The workers were rude to the renters on several occasions. Upon completion there are several nails protruding from the roof. I did call and file a complaint with the construction boards, but apparently this is acceptable. And because I did not ask for them to be covered, it is what it is. It looks horrible. Not once did they tell me that it would look this way and how I could have avoided it. There was an option to have had wood attached underneath so the nails would not show.

Overall, experience with D&L Roofing was horrible, in fact 2 days after completion they sent me a notice to place a Lien on the property because I did not pay - I told them once the contractors boards review was done, I would pay. I did pay 80% of the balance, only holding the reset until resolved. Lesson learned. Ask a million questions, because they are not forthcoming with information.
Oh and the "site manager" who showed up unannounced is new to the company and was learning the job??? WOW that is reassuring.

Going through home purchase. Home Inspection found that roof needed complete inspection by a roofing contractor. D&L came out within a couple days, inspected it , gave a good price, everything is perfect now, thank you!

D&L roofing gave us ab excellent estimate and a timely date to get our roof fixed. They did a great job!

They were very considerate in emailing me when they had to postpone a day due to weather conditions for safety reasons (lightening) and the protection of our roof (from rain). Will be working with them again for any issues I have with my roof! Highly recommended!

We're so please we hired D&L Roofing to repair a leak in the roof. The roofers, the estimator, and the superintendent were true professionals. They were in contact with us so we knew what was going on and what to expect. The roofers were the hardest working men I've ever seen. We've had no leaks since the roof was repaired. D & L Roofing did a great job from first contact, estimator and the installation team. The estimate was very fair and they stuck to their pricing. The installers did great. They were very efficient in how they repaired my roof and did a complete cleanup. Absolutely fine work all the way around. I would recommend and or use them again if the need ever arises.

I'd like to thank D & L Roofing for moving our scheduled roof repair from May 19th to May 8th, after I notified them that our HOA had sent a letter of violation. And were giving us only two weeks to get roof repaired. Violation was for the tarp on roof covering effected roof leak. They saved us from being fined by the HOA. It's been difficult during this covid-19 pandemic, dealing with our insurance since March 17th when everyone was put in self isolation. We were awaiting like everyone to see what essential services would be allowed to work. To both D & L Roofing and GraEagle construction thank you.
