We were in a time crunch and contacted on a Sunday keeping our fingers crossed that we would get a response, we immediately got a call back, and they were so helpful with much needed information and said they would be available to schedule a time ASAP. -Highly recommend!

Frank was awesome. I called explaining my situation and he asked me to send in photos and he would give me his professional opinion on what to do next. I sent in the photos and he called me almost immediately telling me what to do next. He was kind and professional. I hope I won’t ever need his assistance again but I am thankful to know where to go if I need mold expertise.

A pipe burst at my house early in the morning before going to work. Water was everywhere.My carpet got ruined and laminate flooring. I really had a business meeting to get that I could not miss. So I Called and Frank was personable a made me feel at ease. He went above and beyond by picking up my house key and assessed the damage right away. He was awesome. Wow! I'm so impressed. The techs were polite, knowledgeable and clean. The mold was really bad in our kitchen and bathroom and they removed it all. I was amazed at how clean the work areas was and they put up plastic sheet barriers and air filtration machines to make sure the the rest of my home would not get contaminated.
