John and his team replaced our 50+ year old aluminum siding with insulation and vinyl siding. They did a fantastic job with quality material. They are thorough with regard to every detail, reliable, and pleasant to work with. We highly recommend them.

We had a leak in the roof after a hard rain; John came over, quickly found the problem (hole caused by protruding nail) and fixed it. Then he went over the whole roof and checked for similar issues, making sure the problem does not repeat.

John is experienced, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He came to check and estimate our roof and decided to fix some exposed nails on a spot. Additionally, he provided a very clear explanation of identified problems. We are beyond grateful for his honesty.

Being a full-time graduate student and new homeowner, I had searched thoroughly for contractors that would be able to install new siding, windows, and gutters on a fairly tight budget. After receiving 7 quotes from various local contractors and reading hundreds of reviews, I settled on John's primarily for their competitive price-point and the immediate sense I got from talking with them that they were knowledgeable and attentive to my feedback and concerns. It has only been a few weeks since they finished up, but their work quality appears to be exceptional. They were very informative, helpful, and flexible in accommodating to in-situ changes and requests as the project unfolded.

In trying to make this review as unbiased as possible, the only negatives I can possibly come up with were some very minor hiccups with emails (quotes/invoices) not being successfully delivered to my inbox. Being a small, very busy, family-owned business, it was on occasion difficult to immediately get ahold of them, but they would always return any calls promptly. And there were absolutely no communication issues once they got started with my project. Based on my recent experience, I would very highly recommend John's Roofing, Siding, and Windows and Siding to anyone looking to tackle similar projects. I will certainly be reaching out to them again for any similar work in the future.

Absolutely outstanding workmanship. John and his team installed "critter guards" to keep squirrels from getting under and chewing the wires under my solar array. He customised the guards I provided so that they fit perfectly and secured them so that critters and the elements can't dislodge them.

I needed a quote for some minor roof /siding repair. An appointment was made for Saturday 9-10. At 10.30 I called just to hear that she was aware since Friday that she had forgotten to put the time down in her book, but apparently didn't find it necessary to call on Friday or Saturday morning.

Had some very light roof damage after a wind storm. Since it was a small job I was concerned about finding someone willing to do the repair. Contacted John’s and they came right out, ordered the shingles and had it repaired the next week. Quality work and very reasonable pricing. Great family run company. Highly recommended.

Severe wind storm resulted in 5 roof perforations in a rental property my wife and I own. Within 2 hours of calling John, he was on the roof installing a temporary repair to prevent further water damage to our house and tenant’s belongings. He also provided a very reasonable quote for the permanent repair job.

The temporary repair proved to be very effective. Within 2 weeks, the permanent roof repair was completed and looks beautiful.

We had a few vinyl siding repairs to be done and wanted our roof inspected. First, John actually answered the phone, not a voicemail. We set an appt,, he arrived on time, a very professional, courteous young man. He did the repairs and also sent us a video of our entire roof. Very reasonable. Highly recommend him!

I need to do my roof and before try any other company I call John because his brother was my friend and I considered to better gave him the opportunity to survive before than spend my money with other people. Wow....but you know what, this guy do no show up on time as we agreed to came to my house to do a estimate to my garage. About 3 days later I receive the estimate by email with the price of 8,000 thousand dollars.Them I called 7 diferent licence professional company and the more cheap price was 3,800 and the most expensive was 5,000 dollars.I found out this guy was trying to get from me DAM 3,000 thousand dollars in the top of 4,000 or 5,000 thousand dollars project. Please Im strong recommended to do not let this guy to do a kind of job to your guys for the double or triple of the real price. Make sure to do other estimate before sign any contract with this guy. My recommendation is do not make business with this guy with out of look for others licences profecional company. I learned from this experience to do not prefer to gave job to a person because is the same race tha I am because is sad to said, your own people is the wich one tried to scam you in exagerate prices.

John and his whole team were kind and professional. They were very responsive; I never had to chase them down for answers, they always answer the phone. Their care for detail and cleanliness is amazing. Cleaning up every night and making sure it was left safe (as we have young kids). I’m still blown away how quickly and efficiently they work, starting and finishing my entire home siding (including insulation and replacing a sliding door) in 3.5 days!

I used John's Roofing and Siding to replace some buckling shingles and to replace the siding around my garage door. He came out the same day I called to have him look at the job, told me what he could do, when he could come out and the cost. On the day he said he would be at my house, he was. MUST READ... We discovered multiple areas of leaks on the roof of our home and immediately started making calls to find out what the issue could be. John's roofing Siding & Widows called us back immediately and arrived the next day to assess the problem. It was discovered that the issue was a deeper issue than what we imagined. The roof could not be patched up, it was so bad, we had to replace the entire roof as we had multiple issues. We also determined that the current roof was not installed correctly 15 years ago by the previous owner. We received a quote to replace approximately 60 squares of roof. John's roofing price was reasonable for the type of work he and his crew do. John and his crew arrived early, setup all the tarps, striped the roof in less than 2 hours, added ice and water barrier on entire roof, replaced a few rotted and damaged plywood, installed new shingles, flashed both chimneys & 2 skylights and also shingled our shed. He also pulled all the siding from the joining roof lines to ensure that the ice & water barrier was installed 1 1/2 feet on the wall to prevent it from seeping up and in. And he installed the siding back as if nothing was done. All of this work was completed in one day with finalizing details on the 2nd and final day of completion. John took the time to show us the water damage and the difference in the new work. He had pointed out that the previous installation was not completed by code and as necessary in order to keep the water out. He pointed out the the old shingles were not staggered/stepped at least 6 inches apart, there was no shingle overhang on the drip edges and the ridge vent was cut too wide. All of this was an issue with the past heavy rain and wind storms that caused this. This was a perfect storm combination that caused water to seep in and damage the roof and sheetrock. John, his family and crew were courteous, fast, professional and clean. They worked from the moment they arrived until they completed the entire roof. I have seen roofers complete smaller jobs in 2-3 days, but nearly 60 squares in one day is almost unheard of. If you need a roof completed, call John. We will always recommend him. They also document the entire job with the use of a drone which was amazing to see the great and honest work they do. We will now see if all of this work will hold up against the New England weather which we don't doubt but will report back with any updates. They are amazing... Thank you John & Jasmin! I am very satisfied with the work John's Roofing company did in my roof very efficient responded to my call next morning came gave us a reasonable estimate in two days my home roof was completely done staff are very nice and they all work together to keep your property nice and clean they make sure no messes are left behind I will definitely recommend to others and we'll definitely will keep him in mind for future home repairs

We had a minor roof leak, for which we had already gotten repair estimates (some upwards of $2,000). Then suddenly on a Friday night, that minor leak turned into a major one. So on a Saturday morning, I was frantically calling around for roofers to assess and fix the problem. John was on site within 2 hours; he was the only roofer who actually climbed on the roof to inspect and identify the real source of the problem, which he fixed immediately. No more leak. Since we already knew the roof needed to be replaced, we asked him for an estimate, which was in line with other prices we had gotten for total roof replacement. John and his team removed 2 layers of old shingles, replaced damaged boards, redirected some vents to the outside, installed the new roof and cleaned up the yard, all in about 12 hours. We recommend John very highly and would not hesitate to work with him again on any house project.
