LANE ROOFING is a great company.
California Casualty, my previous insurance company for over 35 years, decided to drop all home and auto clients in MO.
I like many in the area needed a new roof. My roof was over ten years old which is not good these days.
LANE ROOFING was the only company who would even talk to me. They went way more than the extra mile to help me. Within two months they had my new roof installed. I had friends who had been waiting for over three months. Their roofs were less than ten years old.
Julie is friendly, efficient, knows her facts and is very diligent. She called me this week to see if I’d received my last payment.. it’s long overdue. I think this was her fourth attempt to get then to send me my final payment. My roof was installed 9/17/24.

We found ourselves in need of a new roof, mostly due to age but some damage as well, and after a lengthy search, we chose Lane House Roofing & Exteriors. Not only was their quote very competitive, but the quality of their work is outstanding and done in a timely manner! Kerry House, president of Lane House Roofing & Exteriors came by one evening after I was off work, very convenient for me, and walked my wife and I through the whole process after he did thorough inspection of the roof, making a list of material needs. We decided to go with the 50-year
warranty architectural shingles and to add a ridge vent, removing some old pan vents. We all went outside with the color book and picked a color that matched our house perfectly. One week later, after a rain delay of one day, the crew showed up before sunrise with their dumpster and had the roof torn off in what seemed like an hour or so. By 11am, the roof was completed, my yard was clean, and the dogs were back outside for some sun. Total time on the job was about 5 hours, not because they cut any corners, but because our ranch house has a pretty simple, straight line roof, and Mr. House, great name for a contractor by the way , sent a large enough crew to knock it out in no time. If you are in need of a roof or any exterior work, I couldn't recommend Lane House Roofing & Exteriors more!

I forgot to mention the 5 year warranty from Lane House covering their workmanship. Overall, it is an excellent value for the money spent!

I just had my roof redone last week by Lane House. They had put on the old roof about 20 years ago; however, it had been destroyed by critters. Of the 4 bids I received, Lane House was the lowest. On top of that, Kerry House gave me a discount for being a repeat customer. His roofing crew came out early in the morning and were finished in one day, including cleaning up all debris. While he was here, Kerry discovered a section of my gutter in the back had fallen off the house. He arranged to have it replaced, along with fixing another issue on the front of the house. He is terrific to work with.

3 projects, yes, we keep going back to Lane House for a reason, excellence, personal and dependable service. Karry personally surveys the project, stays in touch during the process, and personally checks it when completed. We've had our roof done, gutters, and storm damage repaired by Lane House. And we couldn't think of using anyone else.

We had extensive damage from a storm and needed a new roof and siding. Gail came out and did a very thorough inspection of the damage. Gail worked extremely hard with our insurance company to have the whole house siding replaced due to lack of being able to match color. They were always timely with getting estimates and paper work that I needed for our claim. The work performed was excellent. They were happy to put up new lights for me instead of reinstalling the old ones. They came back and inspected the property several times to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. Clean up after both jobs was excellent. The office staff were always responsive to my calls. They had been recommended to me from a friend and I would certainly use them for another job.

Donovan was the point person that we worked with from Lane house. He was knowledgeable, polite and professional. Even though I am sure he has done this 1000 times he was very methodical in laying out the expectations for a roofing project right down to the last detail! The price quoted was exactly what we paid.

As if this wasn’t enough, they were extremely accommodating. While the roofing project was happening, we were beginning a remodeling project that was going to require some changes to a roof. They left that section of roof papered over and then after we made our changes to the roof they sent a crew back to complete the job.

I would not hesitate to recommend Lane house construction to any of my friends.

Great customer service and priority scheduling. I was on a tight timeline due to a military deployment and Lane House gave an accurate estimate and timeline. They coordinated with the insurance company for the complete process. I would recommend Lane House for all roofing needs.

Kerry just came to the house to give a second opinion after a fast talker and quicker climber found damage on my 3-year old roof. Kerry showed up knowing he was a second opinion and would get the job but honesty and integrity is obviously more valuable. I have no damage. Kerry took pictures of the soft metal on the roof that looked as new as the day it was installed. I have trusted Lane House for over a decade and this is why I will continue to do so.

Lane Roofing is incredible! They worked with us and our insurance company after we had a bad hail storm. They called to check in along the way, met with our insurance adjuster, walked us through all the insurance paperwork, and then put on a whole new roof in less than a day. They also cleaned up well after the job was done. We are very impressed and cannot recommend them enough! We felt well taken care of and respected through the whole process.

Kerry and his LaneHouse crew installed siding and metal roofs on my business 1 year ago or more, the quality has been great and the curb appeal has really increased traffic for me. I had some siding come loose in the last bout of wind, and they came right out and corrected it. I have done several jobs with this crew and it’s always as stated and on time. Timely, empathetic and understanding started with Julie the office manager. When I had more water come into the house, Levi came out and patched the area- hoping it would hold. Lane House put a roof on our home 9+ years ago. They did a great job then and a great job on the last projects. This is my first Google review and I would like to express how satisfied I have been with this company.
To start, I was a General Contractor for many years and am now in sales. When I was shopping to have my roof done I was hesitant due to my background. When Donovan came to give me a bid he was very thorough and precise with his bid. My one request was good customer service and a clean job. The office followed up quickly with scheduling and again moving me up on the schedule without my requesting to be moved up.
When the crew showed up on time they did not disturb our family and quickly went to work, the work was loud and disruptive (anyone expecting this process to be roses is very misled) I expected this.
They cleaned up as expected and another crew showed up a few days later to professionally install the flashing around the chimney.
The office followed up again to let me know they were requesting funds and made my experience very good.
Again, I have never done a Google Review so what I can say about Lane House is I would recommend them to anyone and I am glad to have them protect my home with a new roof. Great Job!

They did a roof for me in 2010. We had hail storms. They came thru, worked with insurance. I paid difference to upgrade to architecturial shingles. But were great! Communicated well, on time and on budget. Now that was 8 yrs ago, sure. But I have referred them and have heard nothing but great things!

They have done a couple of roofs for us in the past 3 years and always deliver great quality, and fast service. They have great integrity and are always willing to work with us. We have recommended them to several ith5er friends and family for their good work and pricing.

I recommend Lane House Construction. Mr House was present for the insurance adjuster; he is very informed regarding claims, inspections, costs, depreciation and funding. He was a huge help getting a successful response from our insurance. To pick colors, the office provided several houses that they had done in the specific color we were interested in.
LHC workers were prompt, efficient and skillful. My landscaping, decks and lawn were well protected from roofing waste and materials. Once the shingles arrived, the team was done in two days.
I called them back for a minor detail, Mr House and his helpers came as requested, listened to my concern and fixed the problem on the spot.
I consider their workmanship excellent, the cost reasonable and their satisfaction guarantee truthful. I will recommend them to my neighbors.

Waste of time. They came out and did an estimate and we wanted to go ahead and have the work done. There didn't seem to be anything wrong. This was a month or two ago and they never contacted us again to actually do any of the work or follow up in any way. If they're so disorganized that they can't even follow up on an estimate, I really cannot recommend the company. We got tired of waiting and hired someone else.

I couldn't be happier!!!! Donovan provided a superior customer experience when I had to have my roof replaced after a major Midwest hail storm. The team of guys he sent to install the roof repaired everything well and cleaned up after themselves so well, I only knew they were there because of beautiful roof. I love this company and how much they care about their customers. Sarah and Julie in the Administrative Office are equally are wonderful; they know everything that going on and can answer any questions you have. Superior craftsmanship and service.

LHC helped us pick out colors that would look good on our house and did the work in a timely and efficient manner. Highly recommend this company! They just finished putting our roof on and it's awesome. My husband and I talked to a few other companies and got their estimates, which were all ridiculous for a house our size so a friend suggested Lane House. So grateful they did. We called for a estimate and Kerry House himself came out. He offered everything the other companies did but at a fraction of the cost. Kerry House personally came out to my house for a roofing inspection. He took his time and thoroughly went through what to look for when choosing a contractor to replace my roof. I never felt like he was "selling" me. I met with 4 other roofing contractors before making my decision. Lane House represented themselves in a way that made me just trust him and "them". I chose Lane House based on my gut and reviews. I personally can say this experience was awesome. They gave us a list of homes in the area with the shingles we were interested in, and the process was easier than expected. Great workmanship and respect from the project manager as well!
