In a word we feel blessed to have found Josh for our 100% condo renovation in Wailea. Since we would be doing this mostly from the mainland, a contractor with the highest integrity, knowledge, and work ethic was essential. Josh Landry is all these and more.

With one in-person meeting and a couple pictures of our kitchen idea (the defining upgrade of the whole condo), Josh’s cabinet designer produced a glorious plantation-style which increased square footage, cabinet space, and usability. Josh navigated a couple engineering challenges with professional ease (removing 30 year old walls and cabinetry can produce surprises), coming up with great, functional solutions.

Landry Construction was very responsive via their construction software, and communications were always timely. Josh’s estimate is spelled out in each category on this website so you know where you are with the costs, what you’ve paid, what products are agreed to, all communications, etc. at-a-glance.

The project completed ahead of schedule. I received 100% of my “condo-imposed damage fee” back, as Josh does very clean, skillful work, not to leave out his specialty sub-contractors, some we met near the end of the project, all real nice people.

We hired Josh and his crew to do a complete remodel of our outdated and dull kitchen, master bath, guest bath, and first floor powder room. We pretty much gutted everything and started anew. We are absolutely in love with the finished result. It was very easy to make selections and communicate directly with Josh using their app, and Shelby was an angel in helping us find specific light fixtures and mirrors for our bathroom.

The team was on time every single day and they were very professional. We have a dog who is still a bit of a puppy and they were so great with her craziness, too.

The end result far surpassed anything I expected, and there were so many finishing touches that really give each room a WOW factor. We will be using Landry Construction again next year to redo our floors and we have a few other projects in mind, too. They definitely have gained a life-time client!

Josh Landry and his whole team were wonderful! Working on a remodel project from afar was scary, especially since I am also in the remodel business. But everything turned out beautiful and just as intended, and on time. Their communication was great. Highly recommend this contractor!
