I’ve had the privilege of knowing James (Landrum Renovations) for several years. Over that time, we’ve watched him skillfully renovate four different homes for our son and daughter. He is incredibly easy to work with and maintains a calm, steady presence..even in high-pressure situations.
What I especially appreciate is his consistent communication throughout each project. He keeps everyone informed and ensures that things run smoothly.

James has truly become like family to us. We know we can count on him..not just for big projects, but also when unexpected issues arise. Recently, when the seal on one of our toilets failed during a weekend when we had a full house, James was at our door within an hour to fix the problem.
His reliability, integrity, and professionalism are unmatched. We feel fortunate to know and work with him.
