Tim came by yesterday and did a thorough assessment of my roofs condition. Although my roof needs no repair at present, Tim did identify some areas of the roof that warrant watching in the future.

We had several roof estimates before Landmark came. I thought for sure our 20+ yr roof would need to be replaced - that's what all the other companies quoted.

When Landmark's rep, Tracy, was here I kept asking for a full replacement estimate, thinking that's what I needed.

Every time he told me he didn't think it was necessary and that we could get another 7-10yr out of our roof with spot repair work.

He gave me both quotes, but kept telling me the repair was all we needed.

He could have charged 10x the repair work and stuck with the full replacement like the other companies, but he didn't.

Not only that, but even though they had only done roof work, they came and re-hung a shutter FOR FREE that popped off due to a storm about 6 months later.

It was a 2nd-story shutter and too high for me to reach.

A great job for whole roof replacement of my house! All crews under the supervision of Whatt worked professionally. After job completion, they cleaned all around house. Communication with Tracey was also great and fast response. Price is very reasonable.

Two young men arrived on time (even about 5 minutes early.) Wyatt introduced himself, then they immediately started on the job, which was to repair a section of our stand-alone garage siding after hail damage. They were finished in about 3 hours and did an excellent job.

The Landmark team went above and beyond during the replacement - tearing down the (very old) roof, replacing all damaged and/or rotten structural wood, and replacing the existing 3-tab roof with architectural shingles. The entire job was done in one day and they were extremely thorough with cleanup.
I recently had Landmark come back and instal new gutters on the front of the house and had a similar experience in terms of punctuality, speed, quality and courtesy.
I am so happy with the new roof that Landmark installed and recommend them highly!

We had been looking for a roofing contractor for our 100-year-old house for several years and felt like we were getting the runaround until we found Tracy and his son Wyatt who are contractors with Landmark Roofing. Tracy spotted important issues others had missed and Wyatt and his team were top notch installers and did some amazing restoration on water-damaged eaves and fascia boards.

There are several good shingle manufacturers out there, but what matters most after that, is who is going to do the actual work. They were AMAZING and an absolute pleasure to work with. Fairly priced product/services and an over-the-top delivery of a beautiful new roof!

I retired from the “trades” so I know the real tradesmen from the wannabes. We’d been searching for 2 years and had a dozen proposals, but when they weren’t trying to hard sell you or convince you to make an insurance claim, they were trying to up sell you to something you didn’t need. There were some unique problems with our roof and we fell under the jurisdiction of an HPOZ, which meant it had to be a restoration, not a replacement. There were significant structural issues as well. Tracy came up with some very practical solutions and was the only contractor to correctly identify the source of our problematic roof! He was honest with his bid, and told us exactly what it would cost if they uncovered hidden issues. When they did, Wyatt, the project lead, would inform us immediately, and would not proceed without our permission. Their “change order” rates were lower than anyone else that we’d spoken to, and Wyatt was able to implement the additional work immediately with no delays to the project. They took care of the most minuscule issues and details and were able to correct the sagging roof structure and compromised rafters as well. They took great care of all the historically significant details ( like our 100 year old stone caps) and came up with some creative solutions for historical modifications which had not been done correctly originally. One other thing that impressed me was their crew came early( 7 am) with joy in their hearts and worked extremely hard all day long and always had a smile ready for me. They didn’t mind me jogging their elbows and they cleaned up every day.
Over all I estimate we saved about $20k over other contractors due to the extensive carpentry work required, and we got the metal roof for our outdoor patio replaced to boot!!
Tracy and Wyatt are simply amazing! Included in the job was a full manufactures warranty from owens/Corning. That may sound ordinary, but no other contractors could provide us with that because of a unique quirk where the original roof meets the roof of a second story build out. Tracy came up with a solution before he even saw the house! We had spoken to him at a home show and his solution was so simple and straight forward, but was like nothing any other contractors had proposed!
We are beyond pleased and feel blessed to have met Tracy and Wyatt!!

I used landmark first for my home roof two years ago. Great job, on time, quickly done, including some decking. The following year my church lost about half of the shingles from high winds, so got Landmark out. Again, this last fall tornadoes came through; no damage to either roof, but siding and gutters off of church, picnic pavilion destroyed, and roof of a lodge where I’m a member gone. Again called landmark!

All work now finished at church and lodge. Quality work and materials and easy to work with. I highly recommend Landmark (especially Tracey and Wyeth Gutier) for all roofing, siding, gutters and basic construction needs!

Tracy with Landmark Roofing was awesome. The roof was affordable compared to the 3 over companies we had checked with. Thanks to the affordability, we were able to get new gutters and fascia. Tracy was timely to respond to any questions I had during the process and made sure to do a detail walk around once all work was completed. I had used Landmark for my home roof last year, so when the roof of the 100+ year old church that I serve was blown off I called them for it too. Easy, quick estimate and the quality again were first class. In addition to cleaning up they also did a few minor repairs on siding that were damaged in the storm. After personal and “commercial” use, I can say that Landmark is top notch!
