George and his crew was great. Despite the city inspectors constantly changing their requirements, they got the job done quickly and professionally and had great communication throughout the who process of converting out in garage electric water heater to an outside gas tankless water heater system. Highly recommend and will reach back out for any future needs.

George was great to work with. Professional and helpful throughout the process including design. They remodeled two bathrooms in our home. One turned out to be more work than planned because of water damage, but he handled the extra work without complaint and stuck to his quote despite the unforeseen time, work, and materials. He always paid close attention to detail, and did not hesitate to redo anything if he noticed any flaws in the work or materials. He was committed to the project and here every day either doing the work himself or ensuring it was done properly. Both bathrooms came out beautiful and we will be using Landmarc Homes again.

Landmarc Homes Converted my detached garage to an off and did an amazing job!! The transformation was awesome! The work done was exactly what we needed and wanted!! Couldn’t have made things better and easy to accomplish this!! Also the bathroom remodel was so perfect!! The same space now looks bigger and more beautiful than ever!! I’ll definitely be using them again soon for my other bathroom remodel! I highly recommend them because they know houses and know construction!! Great people too!

George was very prompt in responding to my inquiry when I started looking for a contractor to renovate my kitchen. We made an appointment for him to come out to my home so that we could discuss what I was looking for. Ended up being several appointments because I added additional wants that went beyond the kitchen. I interviewed other contractors as well.

As one reviewer noted, George is slow to follow up with a written quote. After a bit of prompting, George finally came through and in the end, I decided to hire George. My decision was based on a gut feeling because of the interactions I had with him, how he listened to every detail, asked questions, and it was obvious he knew what he was doing based on how he explained the process as opposed to repeating the mantra that he had a class A license as other contractors were prone to do.

Once we agreed to terms and a start date, it was a whirlwind. Once it started, George had people in and out on various days at various times. Work was being done almost every day. George kept me apprised of everything that was happening to include, who to expect in my home, at what time, and what would be done. He always asked me first if it was ok for a subcontractor to come to home. One thing that was of importance to me was the contractor's presence while the work was being done. George had assured me he would be, and without fail, was present at some point in the day on every single work day. No other contractor could give me this assurance.

It was obvious he had a great relationship with all of the subcontactors and had been working with all of them for several years. He hired top-notch people to get the work completed on time. There were some minor glitches beyond anyone's control that delayed the project but George stayed on top of everything
and made the appropriate followups.

In the end, I am immensely pleased with how everything turned out. Although things started out slow with the lack of communication with getting the quote finalized, once the ball got rolling, it never stopped. Anyone considering having work done by George, I highly recommend you hang in there, and pester him if you have to. Once he starts the work, he is 100% committed to it and is great with the communication during the work. The end result is worth it!!

George was prompt in responding to a request to get an estimate. He was very personable and paid attention to everything that we talked about. However, once he gave us a verbal rough estimate, it was more than we were budgeting for. He said he would send an itemized quote within 3 days so that we could pick and choose from the quote what we could afford to get done. However, no quote was ever received. I followed up via text about a week later asking if he had a chance to write up the quote and he said he would return it within a few days. Have not heard from him since. I hoped that if our budget is not sufficient for his rates that he would let us know that. For example, I believe your budget is lower than my prices would be, or even: I’m not able to take on your project at this time. Something. But nothing was ever received. Some communication, rather than ghosting, is a good idea for any business. I gave 2 stars because of his willingness to listen and recommend cost saving options during our discussion.

George and his crew has done several large jobs for me that have all turned out great. His attention to detail and communication has been amazing. Would highly recommend.
