Alfonso worked with me to get my deck replaced. My insurance was going to cancel my coverage if I didn't get it done. It was a nail biter but he did the job and he successfully created a beautiful deck for my guests and me! Thank you and we'll get those railings replaced with better ones next year!

This crew did an outstanding job, installing new carpet. They ripped up and hauled away the old and put this down in my entire lower level in no time. Great communication and very hard working. They even left zero mess afterwards. You wouldn't have even known they were here. Pricing was also extremely fair. I will definitely use them again for more remodel!

I built a home on my property and used LAMS Contractors. They completed extensive tile work, cabinets, trim, and concrete. I wish I had known them sooner, because I would have used them for much more. They were by far my best contractors. Alfonso and crew are in constant communication to make sure everything is done to your desire. The work is top rate and affordable compared to other contractors. Everyone is friendly and professional. The work was always completed on time or early. I highly recommend and look forward to using their services in the future.

Alfonso and his crews have worked on almost every room in my house. Started out with some small jobs(Sideing repair and kitchen flooring). They were professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable and ensured the job was done right. Most recent job was a complete basement job. And when I tell you I will never work with any other company than LAMS I mean it!!!! These guys are the best in the business. They are the only call I make when I need things done right and at fair price.

I was very happy with the vinyl soffit repair that was done for my home. They took a look at the damage, made an offer, and did the repairs same day. I will be coming to them in the future for renovations!

Highly recommend LAMS contractors. Super friendly great people, have done a variety of jobs for me with very reasonable prices. No job seems to be too small or too big for them to help with. They helped redo my deck, fix a leaking roof, change out ceiling fans, redo a stairwell, multiple paint jobs, landscaping, plumbing... if you need something done and not sure if they can do it or not just ask, if they can't most likely they'll get you setup with someone who can. Also had a few instances where they felt other companies may be able to do it cheaper so they let me know so I didn't waste money. Great guys.

This contractor was chosen blindly after others failed to show or if they did show. never got back to us with a quote. Alphonso and his team showed up before 8:00 am everyday to build an extension to our existing deck. Honest, friendly, dependable, reasonably priced, along with , expert craftsmanship have sold us on LAMS Contracting for any future job we may have.!!
