BOUGHT WINDOWS, 2 FOR OUR LIVING ROOM AND KICHEN, MARK LAFRENZ WAS THE SALES PERSON, HE MEASURED MY WINDOWS, THEY CAME AN INCH AND A HALF TOO TALL. MY INSTALLER TRIED TO GET HIM TO MEASURE THE TOP OF THE WINDOW, MARK SAID THEY SHOULD FIT SNUG. NOT. THEY ARE TINTED TOO DARK, WHEN WE JUST WANTED CLEAR WINDOW, TRIED TO WORK SOMETHING OUT FOR THE MISTAKES BUT PAT, WANTED TO JUST ARGUE ABOUT IT. I HAVE MORE WINDOWS TO REPLACE, WANTED TO FINISH MY HOUSE. SADLY THE EXPERIENCE DIDN'T GO WELL. (JULY 2024)
