Customer feedback is predominantly negative, highlighting significant concerns with the cleaning service's quality and communication. Many reviews indicate that the cleaning was inadequate, with areas left untouched and additional charges imposed unexpectedly. While scheduling was noted to be easy, issues arose when management did not address customer concerns satisfactorily. The communication from management was described as condescending, detracting from the otherwise positive impression of the cleaning staff. Overall, the experience has led customers to express a reluctance to recommend this service.
- Scheduling was easy and we were able to organize for the team to access our house to clean while we were not there.
- The cleaners were described as professional and wonderful.
- Some customers appreciated the staffing and their individual work ethic.
- They do a very poor job at cleaning and may leave your home vulnerable to intruders.
- Some areas were not cleaned AT ALL, and they asked for extra payment unnecessarily.
- Management was condescending and did not care about customer concerns.

I would NOT recommend this company AT ALL. TLDR: they do a very poor job at cleaning and if you have the service while you are not home they may leave your home vulnerable to intruders.
My wife and I hired them to do a move in/out deep clean and had multiple problems. Scheduling was easy and we were able to organize for the team to access our house to clean while we were not there. During the service, they called and asked to add 3 man hours due to the house taking longer than originally contracted for. We agreed, expecting it to be SPOTLESS when we moved in about a week later. Upon entering our home, we noticed that multiple areas were not cleaned to our satisfaction. In fact it seemed like they had hardly touched the place. The package we chose included cleaning of all appliances "inside and out." Our oven interior was not clean, specifically the warming drawer which was clear they did not touch. Additionally, the grates on our stovetop were still greasy and grimy. In our bathroom bits of grit were left over and our tile grout was not cleaned. The insides of the washing machine were not touched at all. Generally in closets there were still cobwebs left leading to our belief that they were not touched at all. I spent my move in day and the following week cleaning the items I expected (and paid for) to have cleaned upon my arrival. The whole purpose of hiring a cleaning company was to take those tasks off of my shoulders and it was clearly a waste as I still had to complete them in the end.
Secondly, the people who cleaned the house left one of our toilets running. That toilet was left running from the minute they left to the minute we arrived (I immediately took notice of this and corrected the situation). Due to this, our water bill for the month was TRIPLED.
Onto my final (and frankly more concerning) complaint. The cleaning team provided by Lambert were the last people to enter our house before we moved in the following week. One day in between their service and when we moved into the house, an intruder BROKE INTO our house via an unlocked window. They confirmed via photo that at some point during their service that exact window was in the locked position. They were the last people in the house before the intruder broke in and we firmly believe that they changed the window to unlocked after taking the picture. There was no other person who could have done that as no one else had accessed our house in between the service and the breakin and the window was not broken meaning the intruder had an unlocked window to access the house. We found out that this happened because the intruder left through our basement door which triggered our alarm system. A police walkthrough confirmed that there was a window left open in the house. We know which window it was because the screen was removed and laying beside the house. Although the house was quite empty, a brand new leaf blower was stolen from our basement. All attempts to reach out to the company for a refund have fallen on deaf ears. They will not accept any sort of responsibility for the issues outlined above.
All in all, this company is not worth the time, money, hassle, or safety concerns that it causes. We paid $650 for our service but in reality we also paid much more in the cost of stolen items and excess water use that we did not authorize. What was originally quoted to us as a move in/move out service costing $475 turned into an ordeal that will at the end of the day cost us over $1,000. Save your time, save your money, save your emotional stress and use another company.

I should have checked.reviews first. Some areas were not cleaned AT ALL. They asked me for extra $ too even after I told them they didn't need to do ANYTHING in the bedroom. As soon as I told them, "No" they were directed to leave. They didn't even empty the garbage and I watched one fella spend 10 minutes unnecessarily on one cabinet door.
I do not recommend this company!

They charged us $260/hr ($86.60 per man hour) and didn't clean everything they said they would. Within the first 30 minutes of the cleaners getting here, the manager called and tried to charge us an additional $140, even though 2 days prior, someone came out and took pictures of our entire house in order to give us a more accurate estimate. When I called to speak to someone to go over the charges, the woman was very condescending and did not care at all about my concerns. The cleaners were so professional and wonderful. My issue is with management. We will not be using them again.

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
