If you are in need of a restoration company, there is one choice Rainbow Restoration. My experience after having water damage in a basement due to a hot water tank leaking is worthy of 6 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️not just 5! They navigated the insurance company on our behalf and did not allow the insurance company to leave any leaf unturned.

An example: When the insurance company wanted to clean cabinets and reuse them. Jonas and Jeremy explained why this was not the right course of action based on the material type and mold. The insurance company eventually agreed to do so. If Rainbow had not advocated for us that would not have happened.

Jonas and Jeremy communicated throughout the entire process. They spent time explaining how mold works and why they handled different aspects of the restoration the way they did. This was extremely helpful as mold and water damage can be complicated and expensive to remediate.

They were courteous, professional, honest and respectful to our property.

I am hopeful I do not need a restoration company anytime soon after this event! But if I do, there is no one else I would call!

Rainbow Restoration did excellent work on my ceiling. It was leaking and they made to sure to mirage the damage and prevent mold before the problem got worse! When we came back from a family vacation and weathered the remnants of a hurricane we discovered our bathroom roof started to leak. We recently had major water damage due to a pressure switch that had been leaking for a few days. Saturating a nice portion of the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, crawl space and the laundry room. Rainbow came out to the house and proceeded to take the action necessary to prevent further damage working late into the night the first night to start the drying process. They also completed the entire dry out which took several days and a lot of hard work. Always arrived on time and did what they promised and kept me informed of each step. Rainbow Restorers have been unreal for me. Had a toilet "explosion" at my rental causing thousands of dollars in water damage. They were on it from the jump and have plenty of experience dealing with insurance companies, which is a huge plus for a job like this. Since I live hours away from my rental, it was essential to have boots on the ground that I can trust with both mitigation and repair. Jeremy and Chase went above and beyond not only in their communication and knowledge, but also with accommodating my timeline to reduce the amount of time my tenants would have to spend at hotels/BnBs. When I began the process of searching for a mold mitigation service, I had waited all day for a company to contact me back, and they did not. Jeremy and his team are top notch. Our septic system backed up and flooded our basement in the middle of the night. We called Jeremy and he had a team out at our house within the hour (2am Sunday morning!). They were very professional and did an excellent and thorough job. Unfortunately our 1970s home had Asbestos tiles that were uncovered during the demo stage, and they had had a specialist come and do a great job removing and cleaning the affected areas. We had flooding in our basement from heavy rains. A large organization said they couldn’t come out for a week- these guys came out the next day. Jeremy Caudwell, the owner, was very communicative, easy to talk to and work with, and his team did a thorough job drying out and cleaning up the water and mold that had started to form. I want to take a moment and brag on Jeremy Caldwell and his team...I had a basement that had not been "lived in" for a while with water damages, I needed this fixed up and deep cleaned quickly. Jeremy stopped by the day I called, checked out the situation, and talked me through the project...His team began working the very next business day. Time was an issue of stress with the project and he took that off my shoulders...One of his team members, Jonas, took time out of his evening to meet me for the down payment before starting, kept in touch with me through the entire project and waited for my approval the final day before leaving to make sure I was happy. All team members were polite, positive and hardworking when I arrived. The basement was in better shape than I had hoped for. This company is excellent and I am extremely pleased with their service.

We had numerous pipe bursts in the preschool area of our church on the afternoon of Christmas Eve. Rainbow Restoration responded quickly. They worked on site until about midnight to vacuum up a large amount of water and install fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying our process. They were very profession in dealing with both the church and the insurance company. Their responsiveness helped the preschool reopen after the holidays as soon as possible.
