Josh and Tom, and their entire team were great to work with on our new detached garage with living space above. They communicated clearly, performed work on. time with great attention to detail/skill, kept the work site clean and all of the team were friendly snd respectful. Josh and Tom, and their professional crew of workers, transformed our very tired and worn 1800s home into a modern, functional dream home. Our house and barn needed alot of work. From excavation into the hillside, full insulation throughout, new siding, new roof, demolition of a structurally unsafe barn, that was replaced by a modern garage - - we couldn't have been more pleased with the results. They were able to maintain the 1800s look and feel of the house (which was key to our plan), and update with all the conveniences that now allow us to use the space that was previously unusable. Josh and Tom were a pleasure to work with. Their work was delivered as promised, on budget and on time. We will be calling on them to assist us with other projects we have in mind. Tom and Josh did two jobs for us - installed new windows in and replaced the roof on our summer cottage. They communicated clearly, provided a contract for each job, did everything in the contracts at the agreed upon prices, cleaned up and removed all debris, and did both jobs very quickly. The work product was excellent and just what we wanted. I highly recommend them!
