Tyler did a great job with replacing our old toilet in the basement. It needed a little TLC but he was able to get it done.

Lakes phc, hello. I made an appointment with Carrie, hope this spelling is correct, for a service check on my AC system. Carrie got me in a soon as possible which was about a week. The technician arrived name Tyler. Tyler set the indoor thermostat, then performed required maintenance on the outside unit. Within one hour, the AC unit was functioning and blowing cool air. Tyler stayed for a few minutes longer to test the unit output and then came in to measure the air flow from the vents and the air cool temperature. I asked questions about the bearings, and other parts of the outside unit, Tyler had answers for all. Tyler nailed it. Tyler is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and skilled. Well done to all. It is now a few days in and my home is 74 degrees in every room and holding nicely. We equally discussed filters for the best air flow. Good information to know. Well done to all. Tyler was fantastic by first diagnosing our problem with our cold water in our sink and then repairing it. Then he went the extra step and located a future problem while reassembling our sink lines and replaced it as well. Very professional and easy to work with.

Called for water heater issue. Tyler came over with another guy. The assessed it in short time, determined needed a new heater. They gave recommendations and indicated "we don't want to leave you without hot water for the weekend!" and I didn't either! They gave me options, came back that afternoon. I was not left without hot water for the weekend. So happy! Tyler called throughout the day and let me know the status when they would be able to come back. Professional and courteous! Late Friday afternoon, I had addressed a frozen pipe issue that also damaged my meter. Once repaired I attempted to reinstall it but could not get one of the fittings to start leaking. Called Lakes PHC. Justin was assigned the call. He obtained a replacement part, installed it, and no more leaks! Very professional and courteous. Knew what he was doing.

Our furnace shut down on a Friday night and was getting cold fast . We called and had fast amazing response at 10:00 at night . Highly recommend Lakes plumbing and Tyler was our amazing technician!

Tyler and Logan were lifesavers!! I don’t know how they had a motor that fit our heater perfectly but they did and saved us from 5 days of having a 40 degree house!

6+ billed hours @ around $150/hr labor for a water heater issue and a few very minor plumbing related things, which didn't even all end up fixed though they said they were.

At least two separate 30-45+ minute trips where one left, assuming to get supplies and still billing for the time. Hardware stores are under 3 miles away.

Something they did while working on the water heater made it start leaking gas which was left leaking all night. Potentially very dangerous.

While they were nice enough, I believe it took much longer than it should have for these small things. At $150 an hour, long trips to get parts and slow work adds up to being very expensive. I will try to go with another HVAC / plumbing company in the future and recommend the same.

I can’t say enough good things about Tyler the technician that was at my house… He phoned ahead to let me know he was on his way and he was even early!! He diagnosed the problem talked about getting a part and actually got the part and asked if he could come back same day and put it back in… He’s very polite, friendly, courteous, and did an exceptional job! If there were 6 stars I’d use that rating!

Braden assessed both of our issues with a toilet and faucet. He explained what the problem was with the toilet and was able to repair it. He also explained the problem with the faucet and suggested replacing it due to the amount of damage and age of the piece. He answered all of our questions and we are very satisfied with the work he did. We would be happy to have Braden do work in our home again should the need arise.
