Honestly it’s sad that there is a 1 star review. I wish that there wasn’t because I almost based my buy off of it and I am so glad I didn’t. I came from a new construction that was almost about $160,000 more than the one that I have purchased from Lakefront Builders and it is built about 100 times better. Not only is it a great home, but the finishes are higher end than the last home I was in as well. We had a one year warranty for our last home and that one year could not cover all that was wrong with the house. Cheap builders selling cheap homes that look nice. My neighbors entire home could have been rebuilt with the amount of problems that came with it and dangerous problems at that. This home we have now is perfect. We couldn’t be happier with it and we could not find another home during our search that checked all of the boxes we were looking for in our price range. Dave is an amazing person. A genuinely good soul and someone that cares. He was with us every step of the way and kept us updated on everything. He asked our personal opinions on things and we got to know him as a person. I see him out around town now and feel lucky to have met him. He’s very caring, kind and values your time. We had one freak problem happen that the plumber himself said was a fault of his own and it was done within the hour we messaged Dave about it. We feel comfortable and confident living in our new home. Again, I wish this one star review was not there because it very poorly reflects this business. I would recommend Dave to anyone and honestly have. I have nothing but good things to say. I have talked to people around town about him and they all say the same thing- that he is a genuinely good person and a really great builder. Even when the plumbers for that one problem were leaving our home I asked their opinion and asked if they were called back to these homes often. They said they’ve never come across a problem in one of these builds and that they really respect him as a builder. That was reassuring and just confirmed everything that I had believed already. I highly recommend Lakefront Builders and will back them up anytime. Thank you again Dave!!! So nice to have met you- we thank you for everything.
