Great team!! Had shingles lift, blow away and subsequent water flow into house which was frightening!! John inspected roof and attic (no mold); full roof has now been replaced due to additional loose shingles. Peace of mind is PRICELESS! Chad was great fitting job into narrow weather window - crew were very conscientious!! Highly recommend this company. Would give 10 stars if I could. Ready for the crazy weather - wind and all. TY

I needed a section of my roof replaced, due to a leak. LaFever Roofing made the whole process easy to understand. From pre-installation for measurements to the actual install and afterwards, they were more than professional in all aspects. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a quality roofing company.
I will be using them in the future when I need roof repairs or replacement.

We hired Lafever roofing to tear off our old wood shake roof and put up asphalt shingles. We had them do the house, the garage and an outbuilding. As is somewhat typical for a wood shake roof, the construction was different but Lafever handled it like the pro's they are. The quote was competitive but the detail, communication and work and care of the project is what made the difference. They communicated the details throughout the project, which was difficult being the property is remote with little cell coverage. We appreciated how they handled every little detail of the project and will use them again and highly recommend them.

They installed our original roof in 2005. When our insurer found defective shingles this year, LaFever helped us navigate a product recall from the shingle manufacturer. They did a good job replacing the roof at a fair price.

Not the least expensive but not one ounce of cutting corners, or leaving a mess, or inconsiderate employees. Quality seems good, but it’s a new roof. Time will tell

Absolutely awesome! They came in stripped my old roof off and installed the new 50 year shingles. All of the people that I met and dealt with were very professional and were kind enough to answer any questions I had. I would would give them 10 stars if it were possible!!!

Recently decided to have my roof replaced. I needed 2 roofs removed and a new one installed. I whole process was smooth, professional and timely. Compared to other company's bids I received they had everything itemized with pricing, had additional options listed such as roof material/warranty upgrades, attic fans, etc. just as I asked for. Working with Chad and his crew was a breeze. They notified me when they were coming, they communicated daily on their process and did a review of the work when finished all for a lower price than the others I received bids from. By the way, I had LeFever roofing apply the initial 2nd roof on my house ~ 25 years ago and never had one bit of trouble. Highly recommend!!

AMAZING company. I had heard only good things about this company so as long as their bid was within my budget, I wasn't going to get any add'l bids. The tear off and installation teams were both awesome. Chad was very responsive to text and showed daily to supervise and make sure I was happy with the job. Cole was great. John came and inspected at the end and returned within hours of my contacting about a situation (not one caused by them but an issue with the way my house is built) and resolved a problem. They were all very professional and personable. They added more attic vents than originally anticipated and did not alter the bid --vents that should have always been in my roof and will minimize a possible mold issue in the future. When I came home, you could not tell anyone had been here with their intense and repeated clean up day after day. Most importantly, I trusted everything they were doing, knew without a doubt they would do the job correctly and would stand by their work, and offered an excellent warranty where I don't need to worry about my roof for my entire life at this point.

LaFever Roofing made my roof replacement stress free. All of the workers were respectful and qualified. The Project Manager was exceptional. He came by every day and asked if I had questions or concerns and told me to call him if I needed to. He came by when the job was done and inspected everything. I asked for quotes from about six different roofing companies, only one of them, Lefever Roofing, was aware from their experience that the shingle on my house was a manufacturers recall item from about 10 years ago. Which will save me thousands of dollars, which just goes to prove that experience pays. I am holding back the five star rating just in case there are any difficulties with the installation of the new roof. Their knowledge, experience and professionalism is first class

We had shingles blown off in wind storm,I called &Chad came out done an inspection.He gave us a bid and went over everything with us . After we accepted the bid he told us how far out they were. He called back within that time & said when they would be there.They completed the job just as bid in a timely & professional way

LaFever wins again! This is our 3rd LaFever project and they continue to be professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Chad in the office is always on point when I have a question. Terry is always quick to return our quotes. They have great concern for quality and will not compromise the end result . Something else very important is that they are quick to get felt up to dry in the roof, even if they can't get to the shingles immediately. The LaFever Roofing estimate came in considerably lower than their competition (same quality and brand of shingles). Chad answered all our questions prior to signing the contract. We chose to work with LaFever after Watching roofing projects in progress around our area, speaking with others who have worked with LaFever & with various other roofing companies in the vicinity, that along with conducting other research as well.
We felt the price they quoted us was fair and reasonable. They tore off the old worn out roof and replaced our existing skylight. Their crews showed up on time, worked diligently and seemed to take pride in their work. Through the process they did run into a few relatively minor problems, due to the initial construction of the house, but their workers were knowledgeable and able to fix all issues. We are happy; both with the results, and that there was no fluctuation in the pricing on our final bill. We feel that our roof looks wonderful, and are pleased that this company stands behind both its products and their workers craftsmanship. They did a most excellent job at clean up (each day!), showing concern and care around a property that; with lots of vegetation and landscaping; had to be a challenge to deal with.

I had a small leak in my roof. I called Lafever Roofing and in less than an hour Chad their service tech arrived at my house. He figured out the problem right away. He had it fixed in less than a half hour after his arrival. What also complicated it was that Chad had to climb onto a partially snow covered steep part of the roof. Great guy and great service!
