Our experience was nothing but positive. We hired Lado Blanco to build a new wood deck. Mike was thorough in assessing the project, provided multiple quotes with different options and was prompt and clear in all communication. The deck turned out outstanding, with excellent workmanship. Absolutely no complaints. We will definitely rehire for future projects.

I bought a new-to-me home in Alamogordo. While I was still living in Florida, Mike was able to perform a major miracle in my Main Bedroom, removing an ugly drywall shelf (and making it look like it was never there), and replacing the flooring. We're talking about:

Mike tore out an old shower and installed a new larger shower . Will hire again for other jobs. Highly recommend.

Mike renovated a bathroom shower with new tile. Looks great and will last more years than the house! Great value with minimum disruption in family life. We will not hesitate to call upon him again.

I can't say enough good things about Mike. We had a large tile crack that needed to be repaired. We had a tight time schedule and Mike rearranged to fit us in. From the start Mike was very patient with us. As the project progressed and we learned more, Mike was flexible with us on what tile we chose and what pattern was most effective for the future. Lado Blanco does top quality work that you can trust. Mike has lots of experience doing lots of different projects. He looks out for the homeowner and doesn't cut corners. I'll be calling Mike for ANY home repairs I have in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Mike Whiteside. He did such a great job with my gate and door. He took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and the way I wanted it. Very thorough, friendly, and, most of all, honest. He will be my go to handyman from here on out. Won't use anyone else. Highly recommend!

Mike did a great job on building a porch for me. He came up with the design and it looks amazing. The covered porch over my front deck has made a huge difference in the temperature on the deck as well as the front side of my house. He was prompt, professional, courteous and finished the project within the timeframe he gave me. At the end of each work day he cleaned up the area. I highly recommend him for any project. Mike did a wonderful job painting and repaired the trim throughout the outside of our house. My husband is a disabled Veteran and can no longer climb a ladder.The doctor's told my husband NOT to get on a ladder. When we found out that Mike had started his new business, that's when we knew that Mike was reliable for the job. We've known Mike Whiteside for a very long time and know that he is a reliable and solid man. We trust Mike! He is a good and honest, hard worker. Thank you Mike for all of your hard work. Very easy to work with and Mike is very knowledgeable on his craft. Had a small project that needed taking care of and he went above and beyond with the repair. Definitely recommend his work for any repairs needed around the house!

I just bought a home here in Alamogordo. Finding people to do the misc. jobs I need done has been quite a challenge. Mike is easy to work with and was able to handle the variety of jobs I threw at him.
I have to say he did an amazing drywall repair!

Mike repaired a wall that previous owners had put a small ac in. He did awesome work, and you can't tell that there had been a large hole in the wall! I will use him again if i need something repaired! Thank you Lado Blanco!
