There's reasons why Lada Exteriors has consistently gotten 5 stars. Sergei and crew work hard, knowledgeably, and meticulously. Everything has to be done right. We had extensive wood rot/mold on two sides of house; they spent a great deal of time getting rid of it and then residing the house. They correctly installed flashings and the correct vapor barrier (that had not been done when home built, resulting in problems). Don't go anywhere else; Ivan, Fred, Sergei and crew have out total confidence.

LADA Exteriors replaced our roofing, some siding that had dry rot, and repainted our house and shed. They were able to get the whole job done is a short amount of time and I was very impressed with the attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I thought I had a significant dry rot problem under my deck (built in over garage). LADA owner Fred contacted me promptly and came over soon after my request for service. He initially thought I had a deck leak and came back within a few days and removed part of my soffit. He told me I was very lucky as it seems I have a gutter leak instead causing the soffit to get wet. He came back twice to replace the piece of soffit and then to paint over the area all at no cost. He was very courteous and I truly appreciated that he didn't try to talk me into unneeded repairs and took the time to be so thorough.

LADA Exteriors did a great job on my extensive exterior work, involing decking, siding, staining, roofing and repair of the hidden rotten support structures of my house. They were prompt, detail-oriented and very attentive to flashing, footing, etc., to avoid future problems. They came through exactly as bid, but I know they repaired some minor findings free of charge. I recommend them hightly and will use them again when needed.

I highly recommend LADA. Fred and his team were professional, courteous, and nice. Fred took the time to answer all our questions, explained what was causing our leaks and what his team would do to make it waterproof. We had water damage from inside and Fred's team replaced siding, boards, installed new flashings, and fixed the seal around our windows. They are very detailed and have great craftsmanship.

LADA helped us when water infiltrated our exterior wall. Derrick returned our call the same day and understood the urgency of our situation. Ivan led the project; he arrived on time when he said he would. The cause of our issue wasn't immediately obvious, but Ivan explained the possible scenarios and devised a solid strategy to tackle the problem, starting with the least invasive/expensive approach. To our relief, that got the job done. They cleaned up and returned the wall to like-new condition. I've worked for 20 years in the design & construction industry and recommend LADA.

LADA Exteriors completed a rebuild of the swim pool house attached to my home. Their suggested redesign of the inner structure and outer siding is a significant improvement in the structure. The appearance of the pool house is also improved beyond the old structure.

Lada Exteriors was able to replace dry rot wooden trim, add new trim flashing, replaced damaged Hardie Plank siding, and repaired loose gutters. After all the prep work was perfectly completed, 2 coats of paint were applied to the base, trim, and door. We now have a new and refreshed look to our home. The whole crew, with Ivan leading, were very professional, prompt, precise and pleasant from start to finish! We cannot be more pleased with the experience and finished results on our home project. We had three bids for replacing old shakes-siding on the front of our home. LADA Construction was competitive and did the entire project with their team of professionals.
The LADA bid was chosen over the others as it had details of installing the Balau siding consistent with the recommendation from Lakeside Lumber, Tualatin (e.g., including Z-metal flashing). In addition, Ivan itemized step-by-step what would be done, including inspecting and correcting potential water damage on the siding.
We did not have to worry about delays or scheduling, they were present on time and worked diligently to finish on time (even in the rain). At each step of the project from initial email to the bid to the work to the job clean up, they were a pleasure to work with and have around the house. The house looks terrific and new. Great experience with Lada Exteriors. We had challenging project and they put in the extra effort to procure the matching siding and installed it quickly and beautifully. The team also did a masterful clean up after the project was complete.

Hands down LADA was the best company we could have worked with! My wife and I live at the coast. Getting good, reliable, and quality work is not something that is common place. You either get crap work or ghosted. We had been having issues with our Hardie plank. We could tell from research that the original install was done incorrectly. No surprise there. There was also water getting behind the board above the garage. I called the first time and Fred came out, even with me not being at the house. He gave us a bid but we decided to try our luck at fixing the issue. Two days after attempting a fix the paint started taking on water. We called again and spoke with Ivan. Ivan came out for the second bid. Through all of our research, we could tell he knew what he was talking about. He even recommended that we bump the siding out to create a gap so no water could ever sit and create rot. He suggested this due to the amount of rain we get here. We decided to pull the trigger. To my surprise, Ivan was on site day one with HIS crew. No subcontracting here! They were professional and communicative. Ivan found rot in spots and made sure we were informed before he did any extra work. He also told us that water was getting on our header beam above the garage due to improper flashing installation. He told us if we would have waited another year we would have be in for roughly 30K to have it repaired. We only had one issue and he fixed it beyond what our expectations were. There is actual care with this company which is rare. They want to do it right the first time and do the job the way it is supposed to be done. Ivan won’t be coming back in ten years to reinstall siding due to poor workmanship. New million plus dollar homes that are being built here currently, don’t have the design and technology that Ivan used for our house. There is a weight lifted off of our shoulders. It was a joy to work with this company. I will be having them out to do my deck in a few years because I know what quality I will be getting. Thank you to LADA again!

Lada Exteriors were able to repair and replace our dry rot around our windows, added window flashing and new trim, replaced siding that needed replacement and repaired our gutters. They were always prompt and did their work expertly and professionally. They did all the work we needed and more. I highly recommend LADA exteriors. I have had them replace a portion of sliding and roof due to a leak and then later on another very large sliding, roof and drywall project due to the ice storm in January 2024. Ivan and Fred are responsive and prompt. Their crew does incredible work and they are committed to doing things the correct way and not cutting corners. Lada's team repaired exterior water damage on my rental property and rebuilt the fence at a fair price. Per my request, they referred me to a trusted roofing contractor. I am planning to use their services again and again because finding a contractor who can be trusted and does a quality job at a fair price is very hard to find.

These guys had a great price quote and held to that price. They also started the project promptly (within a week or so) and finished in two days. Very complete and professional job. They really know what they are doing regarding siding, roofing, dry rot, windows, etc.

Lada Exteriors did a superb job on our Hardiplank siding, gutter repair, and exterior and deck painting. They were very prompt to come out and work up an estimate which was competitive Best of all, they could do all the exterior work and not have to coordinate with two or three contractors. Lada also did interior trim of some new windows and will be replacing a sliding door unit.

I was impressed with the work crew’s attention to detail in the siding tear off, prep and installation as well as the prep and execution of the painting. The entire crew were very easy to work with and professional. Ivan was frequently on the job overseeing and helping out and was very knowledgeable and helpful to explore options and contract add-one. He always confirmed with me the colors, what was to be painted which color, which items were to be removed or masked, etc.

LADA came to our rescue when we had water damage from bad T-111 siding. Within 2 weeks, we had beautiful new Hardie Plank siding, repaired framing (it had rot), 3 new windows (replacing previous hacked installation). They did an excellent job, always prompt, always explaining and showing in detail what was happening. The price was very reasonable.
They also did great work inside, patching the drywall at the new windows.
A couple weeks later when the weather permitted, they painted the house exterior. I looks 1000% better than before the repairs and painting. Anyone we show the work is very impressed by the quality of the job "done right".

Used Lada after a tree fall damaged siding and windows on my home. They were very responsive and easy to work with. Job was done well. Would recommend.

I had Lada replace some sections of worn cedar lap siding on the south-facing side of my 1922 house, as well as install some new flashing at the roof line/window/etc. I got several bids for the project, and although they're not cheap, Lada seemed most equipped to do the job thoroughly. The end result looks great and I was particularly happy with the craftsmanship and attention to detail. On top of that, the crew was friendly and overall Lada seemed more organized and communicative than other home repair businesses/contractors I've worked with. Front to back, done in three days (including painting), stress free.

Lada removed the rotted house siding and window frames from our home and replaced with perfectly matched siding, and gorgeous window framing, painted it all to match our existing paint, and removed and replaced all our gutters. They were on time, quiet, clean, and did an amazing job. We have lived in our 100+ year old house for 25 years and have worked with many different companies, and they are by far the best. I am so glad we found them!

I have read many great reviews about Lada Enterprise, and our experience was consistent with these reviews. We contacted them to replace several siding planks, which showed water damage. Everything looks good now, completely blended with the original installation. They left the work area very clean (which never happens). They were very responsive at each stage of the project. They are not cheap, but they knew what they were doing and were available right away.

Lada Enterprises originally installed our siding in 2003. In 2021 we hired them to repair some dry rot around our fireplace and decided it was time for an exterior color change. We have had Fred out to do a few projects at our house, he did a fantastic job with replacing siding a few years ago. Recently we asked him to assess a possible roofing/gutter issue. He came and repaired it on the spot, indicating that the "problem" was extremely minor and didn't even charge for doing so!

The process of locating a contractor can often be infuriating. There are so many that do poor workmanship or cut corners on your project. In our case with Fred, there was nothing but complete satisfaction with the entire project. He met every project milestone and delivered on everything in the contract without fault. His crews showed up and worked their portion of the project every business day to completion. We had a complete roof replacement, porch replacement and 3-sided deck replacement all completed without any unscheduled stoppages. All with quality materials exactly as promised. All the roofing and decking the installation guidelines were followed precisely by the crews. His crews also cleaned up all debris on site every day of the project. Resulting in what I consider a very long-lasting restoration that will last many years and reversed our home’s slide into a “Fixer upper”.

Lada repaired extensive dry rot of siding, repaired flooring and defective pieces of roofing. A half dozen new windows were installed. Upon completion, the siding and trim were painted. They were highly professional and very detail--oriented. They made every effort to minimize the mess caused by construction. I have used Fred & Ivan's team with Lada Enterprises several times over 5 years now. They have my highest recommendation. They first repaired the siding on the West side of our home. A year later we had to have them come back and address the South side. The quality of their work is top, they did an excellent job matching our existing highly detailed Craftsman style home. In 2017 they did an awesome job on roof, siding and fence on a rental property. In 2019 year they rebuilt a dilapidated 100 year old garage on the same property. They are not cheap for a reason, they earn their fees. They helped me prioritize budget for a cost-effective end product that meets complicated Portland code for changing that age structure seems like it will last 100+ years into the future. When we had another garage project this month, we couldn't call anyone else. They are clean, organized, respectful, and have high standards. I work in both commercial and residential real estate and they stand out among the best of all contractors I have worked with.

They were fast, had good materials (especially siding and trim), knew what they were doing, and price was very reasonable. They could have been more aggressive about replacing rotten areas (rather than just treating them with stabilizer). Could not obtain stainless steel venting even though they originally said they could.
