One of the worst decisions I've ever made in my life was allowing these clowns... to work on my house.
He already cost me money for leaving work early to not show.
The small bathroom is still leaking and isn’t quite finished and the other hasn’t been started.
Luis Sanchez was very unprofessional... and left me with an incomplete project and backyard full of trash.
His phone voicemail box is full, so you can't leave a message.

One of the worst decisions I've ever made in my life was allowing these clowns, especially Luis who straight up bragged about defrauding his other jobs, to work on my house. They trashed my yard, stole from my house, and made so many pathetic mistakes I would have never made if I would've just done the work for myself.

Unreliable. Contacted me about a job I submitted online. Scheduled an appointment to have a project looked at. The guy never showed when I called him he said he would call me right back to see "where his guy was" an hour later he did not call me back so I called him and he said "sorry forgot to call you back but my guy won't be able to make it". He already cost me money for leaving work early to not show. Lacked even the common courtesy to let me know they won't be able to make it. Don't contact leads and not follow through if buisness is so booming that time isn't money for you.

I should have read these reviews!!! Hired to remodel 2 bathrooms that another contractor didn’t waterproof. The small bathroom is still leaking and isn’t quite finished and the other hasn’t been started. The guy that did the actual work, has good quality with tile but not the fixtures and as the other reviews stated there’s no response to texts or phone calls. They left a mess in my front yard too! What was supposed to be finished in 2 weeks as Luis quoted has been going on 2 months!!!

Luis Sanchez was very unprofessional. I hired him to install a block wall in my backyard and he left me with an incomplete project and backyard full of trash. After starting the project, he did not answer any of my phone calls to schedule a time to complete the project. Eventually after a text message warning him I would file a complaint with the state contracting board, he sent someone to remove all the trash, however I still have an incomplete and unstable block wall that I will need to repair myself. I do not recommend using this company. Unreliable and unprofessional.

It is VERY frustrating to work with LA & J since Luis, the owner, does not answer his phone nor does he return text messages. His phone voicemail box is full, so you can't leave a message. He nor his crew shows up on days promised, nor does he inform you that he will not be there. We started a project with this company in July and they did a fine job on a simple project, so we added additional projects. These projects are still not finished although they were due to be completed at the beginning of September. I don't know if the crew will ever return and we will be looking for a new contractor. Our neighbors also hired LA & J on our recommendation and are experiencing the same difficulties, lack of communication, and unfinished work.
