Larry went over and above with customer service. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

He was very nice he’s a very hard worker he got everything we needed done fast and didn’t leave until he made sure there was no leaks and when he found one he fixed it

I had an emergency because of a leak in my laundry room and no main valve in this house to shut the water off. L& N contracting was the only plumber who was able to come out today. He came out right away and fixed it for me.
He was friendly and professional and did a good job

Found very bad leak from water heater that had flooded our cabin basement.
Larry came out, went to Lowes with me. Helped load and unload new heater. Then installed it and followed up several times when the reset button needed reset. I'm very pleased. He's not a big company but has a very good appreciation for customers.

I would highly recommend L&N for any work you might have. Very efficient and professional. I found the price was more than reasonable considering it was an emergency service call. He worked very hard to make sure it was done correctly.

My husband & I were in need of a plumber, due to our hot water not working in the house. I called Larry & he came out that day & was able to fix our issue. He was very kind, knowledgeable & responsive. If we encounter any issues in the future that require a plumber, Larry is who we will call.

Larry installed a lavatory door for us, and did a good job. I appreciated that he respected our house and our pets, and that he sought our approval on his work throughout the process. L and N would get my recommendation to friends and neighbors for all types of remodeling and repair.

Do not use this Handyman. He charges $50 for a quote. He will show up to collect that, but when it comes to showing up to do the work he want do it. He was supposed to come to my house to do some work. We agreed on an amount and said he would be there the following Monday. I never heard from him about the time or anything. I sent him a message on Sunday asking when he was planning on coming on Monday. His response was that his crew had quit and he couldn’t do it. Wow, I’m glad I didn’t take time off from work. He wasn’t even going to call me or anything. Like I said he will happily show up to get the quote money, but not to do the work. Very unprofessional.

Larry responded quickly and was here within a few minutes. I think a lot of licenced plumbers are hard to reach and that was a plus. Don't have anything against him personally. Seems likable enough.

I think in a plumber's role though he struggles. We did find the leak though. I credit him with that. He showed up without a shovel so I loaned him mine. He charged me $1100 to dig up the black water line. That was about a half hour job. The entire time spent including repair (not including a rerepair) was probably 2 hours. Granted it was around 92° and humid. One bigger problem for me to accept was he did not seem to be aware that the metal clamps will rust underground. I gave him some moisture barrier tape and asked him to add that to the joint. I checked that joint a minute ago and it was not done correctly. I cut off what he left and redo myself. No biggie, but irritating considering paying a licensed plumber rate on a job similar to what I have done myself before. I agreed to the rate so that part is not on him. However, I did expect a level of skill to be much closer to a licensed plumber given 30 plus years experience. At one point he said he would need to knock a bigger hole in my block foundation to give him access to the joint that was accessable from the other side. I insisted.

He will give you a thirty day guarantee and that it legitimately a good way to do business. Credit to him for that. However, the inside joint had a small drip and he had to return. Not really sure that couldn't have happened if a licensed plumber had done the job, so make your own judgment about that.

Larry was very prompt on the return and kept in touch. He apologized and did a good job on the rerepair. Leaving the moisture barrier the way he did lose and not snug as it is supposed to be told me a lot.

Sorry for the book. Wanted to be fair, but honest. I might not use him again, but if you are someone who needs help and can use a handyman he might be a good fit, but I would but recommend him as a plumber.

Larry is professional and reliable. He arrived as agreed and completed the work neat and efficiently. He even followed up afterwards to check on how everything was working. We will use him again.

Larry was great. He replaced all the plumbing in our house. He was fast but with excellence. He was friendly and did quality work. He made sure we were not with out water even when he had to finish the job the next day.
