While we were not able to work with KVN at this time due to other reasons, Miya was fantastic. Great communication and detailed explanation of products, options, and company background. KVN was punctual and professional and spent a good deal of time during the estimate visit to explain their product. There was some concern after signing the contract (and sending a large down payment) as we did not hear back. In fairness, they had previously indicated that it would be 5 to 6 weeks until they could start. A quick acknowledgment follow-up after signing would have helped put our minds at ease though. Once started, the job was finished in the estimated amount of time and they took care to clean the site at the end of each day. The only surprise was that the work was actually subcontracted out to another roofing firm who performed the replacement. Since KVN is ultimately responsible, however, this was fine with us, but if you care I would recommend checking ahead of time. Overall we had a positive experience.

Over the last two years we have had KVN replace our siding, roof and gutters. We had KVN replace the siding during closing on our new home so it needed to be in a very short time frame. They were able to get us scheduled quickly and did a great job. KVN just completed tearing off our old roof and gutters and replacing both last week. The only small negative, if any, we had with KVN was they ended up being a couple weeks behind getting to our roof because of complications with jobs ahead of ours. Kirill did a great job keeping us in the loop with the scheduling delays and the roofers actually worked through the weekend to make sure the roof was done before the ran came. We are very happy with the quality of KVN's work.

Kirill & his team were great to work with. Their professional additude & ease of transition from trade to trade (Roofing, Siding to paint) was seamless. They were both on time & budget making the whole project an ease. Kirill & Zack always took calls that day with any questions asked. KVN construction is a great company to work with. There are alot of companies out there to chose from. I looked up who had 0 complaints w/ Contractors board & 0 complaints w/ BBB. These guys have been in business for almost 20yrs so it was amazing to see 0 on both that's why I chose them.

Kirill and his team were amazing from start to finish. Kirill spent several hours at our house assessing the scope of the job. He was prompt to answer any questions and helped us figure out the best options for our roof project. During the work itself, Kirill quickly communicated any issues that arose and also sent pictures as the job progressed. They finished product is obviously a high quality one and we are extremely pleased. I would highly recommend KVN and will definitely hire them again for future jobs.

Worked with these guys for some minor siding repair and an entire house repaint. There were some instillation issues on the siding repair that I brought to the managers attention and they worked to correct them and make them right before moving onto the painting. Their painting team was great, worked quickly, and responsive to requests regarding trim and color. Overall, I am very satisfied with the project.

KVN Construction has been the best contractor we have ever worked with. The communication throughout the siding project was excellent and the quality of work was far above our expectations.
