KV Constuction did an amazing job with my roof. I applied for financing and mid project I needed some plywood which was unexpected. They helped me out and went too bat for me and got me the extra credit I needed to get the job done. If you need a new roof, I would highly recommend.

we hired KV construction to re-side our home and couldn’t be happier with the results! kyle, nate, josue and the entire team were a joy to work with.
we were kept in the loop from start to finish; they provided several photo updates daily (and sometimes a fun selfie from nate!) and were in constant contact with us. unfortunately they uncovered a fair amount of rot/carpenter ant damage but ensured they would be able to complete the project, including repairs, without blowing our budget.
the crew was professional and efficient, and they were able to complete the project on time, despite the setbacks. and the results are impeccable!

My husband and I wish to thank Kyle (company owner) and Albin for working with us on a challenging project involving replacing our 22+ year old roof of our summer camp on a non-bridge island in the lakes region. This project involved a lot of communication and coordination with a barge service in getting the materials and their crew to the island. We highly recommend KV Construction for any roofing project. The team is very professional, are a pleasure to work with, they communicated with us consistently on the the schedule, arrived to the island on the date they said, and completed the job in 2 days (which is amazing especially this time of year on the lake where the weather can be unpredictable). Their quality of work is exceptional, they pay attention to details, and even sent photos our way at different stages during the roofing replacement. Tim’s crew was awesome the got my 2 roofs done in one day 30 square of roofing! Roofs are a 12 pitch as well and I will definitely do more work with them in the future and highly recommend them for services!

KV did an awesome job. Asked for a price to re shingle the roof. They came out did measurements in the afternoon and had a price for us within 2 hours. We approved the pricing and they came out the next day stripped and re shingled the roof. They also replaced a few sheets on the roof, re flashed the chimney, put new drip edge on with cleanup with disposal same day. Thanks KV we couldn’t ask for better.

The team at KV Construction quickly came out to assess what we originally thought was a roof leak. We’d had another company come “look” but they wouldn’t get on the roof or even get into the crawl space to see what might be the issue. Kyle and is guys came out to take a look. Come to find out we actually had a bathroom ventilation issue that may have persisted if we had listened to the first company. KV quickly came up with a mitigation plan and corrected the issue. I was having leaking issues in a few spots on my roof and needed it addressed immediately. I didn’t hesitate in calling KV. Kyle and the KV team came out within 36 hours, inspected the roof and ultimately decided to reroof. KV was there right on time the following week and done the job in one day! All leaking issues have been resolved! Not only did they do an outstanding job they cleaned up every last shingle, not even a nail left behind.
