Excellent Service and Communication at King Auto Center!

I recently visited King Auto Center for an extended warranty repair on my Honda Fit's fuel injectors, after being recommended by another auto shop. I was incredibly impressed with their service from start to finish.
While I am still waiting for the fuel injector parts to arrive, King Auto Center efficiently identified and addressed other immediate concerns with my vehicle, completing those repairs on the very same day. This proactive approach was much appreciated.
What truly set King Auto apart was the exceptional communication from their team. Mia and Tammy were outstanding, keeping me fully informed about the inspection findings, the repair quote, and the process. They made sure everything went smoothly, and their clarity and attentiveness were truly commendable.
I'm currently awaiting the arrival of my fuel injector parts, but based on this first visit, I'm looking forward to my next appointment at King Auto Center. Their professionalism, efficiency, and excellent customer service have earned my trust. Thank you, King Auto!

The team at Kong Auto did a beautiful job servicing my Honda Pilot. They were efficient and even found an additional item that needed replaced and texted me right away to let me know and the cost and were able to get that done as well while they had my car. 10/10 would recommend

Sherri I know for a long time made me so comfortable. She was for me everyday to assist me from beginning to end. She didn't pressure me...she understood, with my determination to get a vehicle She was patience and took the time for me. At the end of getting a new truck that I love.... her ex exceptional customer service but mostly her kindness to go beyond. We needed a car and had perused Craigs List and Facebook marketplace. Didn’t see much that would fit our needs. Came in to King Auto while wife was at Kukui Grove. Glad I did! Kaeo listened carefully and showed us some pre owned options. He followed up diligently to make sure our questions were answered and that our expectations were being met. I haven't done business with King Auto in more than a decade. Recently swung by to take a look at Ram Rebels. Ended up special ordering a TRX. Sherri's customer service is top notch. She still keeps in touch and helps me with my service appointments. Will be repeating my business as long as she is there.

I love the service center, Mia is the best. Although I had a terrible time with the actual purchase of my car, the service department has been amazing! They are very communicative and helpful and always friendly.

My 2019 Honda CRV EX was serviced recently at King Automotive in Lihue and they did a great job and within 45 minutes of my arrival. I’ve trusted the fine staff and technicians at King Automotive for all my Honda’s needs for the past 6 years!

The oil change on my mom’s (Esmenia Balderas)Black Honda 2015 Fit was done professionally and quickly. The only issue was I gave my Barbara Daligcon ( daughter of 100 yr old Esmenia Balderas) cell phone number to one of your female employees; but she did not nor any of your employees called me that job was completed! I thought it was too long to have the oil change done!! After checking my wristwatch; it had been 2 hrs and 45 minutes siny my appointment time (2:00 pm) so I walked to the repair area and saw my mom’ Blk Honda Fit was already parked in the pick up area!!

The service at Honda King Auto was exceptional! The service department, temporarily fixed my problem, while I was waiting for the part to come in. This made my life much less stressful. Once the part came in, they got me in quickly, and finished the job ahead of time! I will definitely be back. They are also excellent when they did my hundred thousand mile service. Job well done!! Had a repeat problem with truck tailgate. They repaired it couple days ago didn’t charge me as first try didn’t work Satisfied for sure

I am very pleased with King Auto Center’s performance. Tammi, Service Advisor, provided excellent service with Aloha. The car was serviced and inspected with recommendations for the next time the car is serviced.

Our experience with King auto service was disappointing. Although the staff were friendly, the time it took to accomplish A basic evaluation took three days. Lack of staff was the given reason, but the holding time of three days was too long.
When I dropped off my car, the air conditioning was working, although weakly.. Then when I took it home after King‘s evaluation, the AC didn’t work at all. Could it be that the refrigerant that was removed from my car was not put back in?
Disappointment and discomfort was what I came away with from King service.
I will still depend on King Auto Service.

Our second visit, 5/2025, with King Honda was very good. Cost was reasonable. Reservation procedure was timely. Service was as requested. Staff were helpful. Thanks King Honda.

Not a good day at King Auto. I booked through their online website for an oil change and a problem I’m having with recall work. The service rep told me I cannot book anything other than oil changes and routine service online. I told him it doesn’t say that on their website. He just shrugged and walked away. When they were done, I noticed that my vehicle had not been washed per their complimentary washing service if you bought the vehicle there, which I did. The same rep told me they don’t wash vehicles with roof racks and the protective covers on the crossbars. I told him I have been getting my vehicle serviced there for 7 years, and they always washed it. Again, he shrugged and walked away. One of the young men who wash the cars said he’d take care of it. He profusely apologized for the car not being washed and was kind. The office staff was also pleasant and helpful. The service rep just didn’t seem to give a darn.

My Honda is now 9 years old, and having the team at King Auto Center take care of it is a blessing...great service and super friendly staff!

Meh. The part took months, which is not king auto center’s fault, but they kept telling me it’d be there any time now and they would call me. I called several times and after several months waiting, and the guy said the part was there! Surprise! So we booked a service appointment. One month hence. It’s ok, it’s busy, I know. Crazy thing was, three weeks later, I got a text from king auto center saying my part was in and to call to make an appointment. ‍♀️ I ignored that and thought how I’m glad I called and didn’t wait for the text. Here we are the day after my AC condenser(?) was installed and now a light isn’t working on my shifter unit. I guess something didn’t get plugged back in after the service, so I need to go back AGAIN. So, meh.
Edit: the skid plate under my car ended up falling off after this service. It apparently wasn’t secured properly afterwards. Then, the mgr pointed out some scratches on another area under the car, trying to blame me for the skid plate issue. I know for a fact I never scraped the car’s underside since the first week of owning it. That really pissed me off, blaming me for the job their b team never finished properly. I’ll never go back if I can avoid it.
