This guy is a complete jerk and lacks customer service. We had a property inspected by Barkman Inspection Services and received a bill the next afternoon (via email). We sent a check (from FLORIDA) the next day via USPS, apparently the corporation runs in the red because he needed his money that day. He left not 1, but 2 harassing phone calls demanding payment, and even contacted the escrow company. What about "the checks in the mail" does not work for this guy. He shows NO ALOHA Spirit!!
