We hired KTN Services to convert our basement into a rentable apartment. Jairo was professional and communicative and paid close attention to details at every step. The basement ended up nicer than the main living area of our home, and we had no trouble renting it out to high-quality tenants. KTN is now the first company I call when I need help with a home improvement project.

In my personal opinion, for what they charge they could do better. There were unfinished important details that I told about, two leaks, part of the baseboard was damage due to that, two outlets, a detail in the floor; among other small details; they never came back to repair. I was charged for "welding two tubes", and when I called another plumber to fix the leaks that they never came back to fix, he said there were not weld, just screw. I ended up paying for something it wasnt done. One of the bathrooms was ok, but I insist; for the amount of money that they charge, they could do better. Make sure to check everything before you pay them.

Reading your reply makes me wonder, if 2 leaks and the charge for something it wasnt done is not enought reason to expect guarantee, then what can be? If those "extras" were in fact what I paid you for, and you didnt fix them. Someone told me thats called: 'Lack of profetional ethic' This can be the case.
